BELPRE — The Belpre Police Department released the following reports on Jan. 12:

Dec. 29

* Jayden E. Flinn, 19, Belpre. was served a warrant out of Belpre Mayor’s Court for the charge of theft.

Jan. 6

* Marc A. Crockett, 45, Belpre, was served a summons on the charge of theft.

* Steven D. Winland, 73, Belpre, was cited for failure to control a motor vehicle.

Jan. 7

* Sean P. Clark, 23, Marietta, was cited for a red light violation.

Jan. 8

* Pamela A. Marshall, 78, Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.

Jan. 9

* Thatcher N. Price, 45, Parkersburg, was cited for no operator license.
