PARKERSBURG – Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Oct. 17:

* Randall Paul West, 1721 Spring St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to first-offense shoplifting, was assessed $276.48 and was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to Sheetz on Ann Street in Parkersburg.

* Adam Charles Hogue, Vienna, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was assessed $276.48.

* William Aaron Adorante, 501 32nd St., Apt. B4, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a personal safety order and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Lora Jean Middleton, 500 Cherry Ave., Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of no insurance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Kenneth Eugene Catlin, 266 Burnthouse Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving while license revoked for driving under the influence and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Bryan Alan Knorr, homeless, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing not in structure or conveyance (defying an order to leave) and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Dennis Raymond Doebereiner, 72 Holly Drive, Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of no proof of insurance, expired registration and expired/no motor vehicle inspection sticker and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Randall Paul West, 1702 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* David Alexander Bunch, 646 Liberty St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting. Bond was set at $5,000 surety.

* Andrew Christopher Wem, 7832 State St., Garrettsville, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding, 79 mph in a 65 mph zone, and was assessed $181.48. The charge was reduced from the original, speeding 90 mph in a 65 mph zone.

* Jacob Paul Holman, 461 Boice Hill Road, Creston, pleaded guilty to speeding 54 mph in a 45 mph zone. The charge was reduced from the original, speeding 73 mph in a 45 mph zone.

* Brandon Nicholas Shrewsberry, 498 Wigal Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to speeding, 90 mph in a 70 mph zone and was assessed $181.48.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were released by Wood County Magistrate Court on Oct. 20:

* Derek Michael Fortney, 2208 State Route 339, Belpre, had a charge of shoplifting dismissed as it was a duplicate of another charge.

* Mark Robert Hickman, 922 Florence St., Belpre, had a charge of possession of methamphetamine dismissed as the state no longer wishes to prosecute.

* Erik Andrew Klintworth, 19360 State Route 550, Marietta, had a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license dismissed after he got his license.

* Robert Michael Kellison, 47 Hickory St., Parkersburg, had a charge of violating a personal safety order dismissed as there is no video evidence to support the charge.

* Candice Elizabeth McelHiney, 15½ 31st St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended for one year of unsupervised probation.

* Monica Ann Crites, 816 Williams St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing in a condemned structure, fined $176.48 and sentenced to seven days in jail which was ruled as time served. A charge of obstruction (making false statements) was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Barry Dwayne Boice, 2447 Blennerhassett Heights Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license, driving under the influence with a BAC 0.15 or more and failure to yield, fined $974.44 and sentenced to 12 days in jail which was ruled as time served. Charges of having expired registration, having an open container in a vehicle and possession of a controlled substance were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Codi Lee Douglas, Mineral Wells, had a charge of domestic assault dismissed per the alleged victim’s wishes. A charge of 911 interference was also dismissed.

* Shurdon Henry Jerico Groves, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and obstruction, fined $402.96 and sentenced to 120 days in jail.

* James Daniel Canty, St. Albans, pleaded guilty to fleeing from law enforcement, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 13 days in jail which was ruled as time served. Charges of domestic battery and petit larceny were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Hannah Marie Garrison, 900 Hillcrest St., Parkersburg, had a charge of unauthorized use of an access device dismissed.

* Brian Charles Richard, P.O. Box 93, Davisville, was arraigned on charges of DUI, less than 0.15 BAC; failure to report an accident; and hit and run and released on a $4,000 surety bond.

* Brooke Rachelle Lemon, 909 19th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of DUI and released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Jasmine Rose Pryor, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and held on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Francis Douglas Grover, 934 Marrtown Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Cameron Blake Johnson, 122 Sharon St., Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting, obstruction and possession of a controlled substance and released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Nathan Tyrone Bentz, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Scott Robert Hickman, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Rex Franklin Hutson Jr., 615 17th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of destruction of property, disorderly conduct, obstruction and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $5,000 cash.

* Gregory Allen Hutson Sr., 1420 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Anthony Brian Perez, 4203 10th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of having no insurance and driving on a suspended license and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Chyhanna Raelynn Stephens, 1301 36th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of having no proof of insurance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Joshua Shawn Cayton, 496 Walker Lane, Washington, was arraigned on a charge of transporting a controlled substance into the jail and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Skylar Wesley Bland, 345 Valley Mills Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of malicious assault and child neglect. Bond was set at $200,000 surety.

* Samantha Rae Hatch, 2705 Sixth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering and released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Colton B. Floyd, 55 Keann Dr., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and fined $25.

* Erin Marie Holley, 103 Jardin Road, Elkview, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and crossing the median and fined $462.96.

* Danielle Marie Bonar, 1610 Ridgeway Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48. A charge of operating a vehicle in violation of restrictions put on a restricted license was dismissed.

* Savanna Jordan Means, 1013 27th St., Apt. 8, Vienna, pleaded guilty to having a controlled substance on an access site and fined $196.48.
