PARKERSBURG – Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Oct. 10:

* Wesley Leonard Jacob Anderson, 289 Davisville Road, Davisville, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting and was sentenced to six months in jail, suspended for two years of unsupervised probation, and assessed $176.48. He was also ordered to pay a $192.30 civil penalty to Walmart in Vienna. He also pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for two years of unsupervised probation to be served concurrently with the other sentence. He was assessed another $176.48. Charges of driving on a suspended/revoked license, no insurance and third-offense shoplifting were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Jason Alan Delancey, 404 W. Eighth St., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to improper use of evidence of registration and possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to six months in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. He was assessed $352.96. A charge of holding or using altered, forged or falsified motor vehicle registration was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Sherry Ann Bonson, 1311 Staunton Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 90 days home confinement, with credit for five days served. She also pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended/revoked license, general, and was assessed a total of $452.96. As part of a plea agreement, she also pleaded guilty to no insurance and was assessed $376.48. A charge of turning from improper position or failure to signal was dismissed.

* A charge of strangulation against Joshua David Stanley, Parkersburg, was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.

* John Kenneth Roberts, 225 Holiday Hills Drive, Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of escape, and the case was transferred to Circuit Court.

* Charges of expired registration and no proof of insurance were dismissed against Penny Ann Kirk, 12 Beech Circle, Mineral Wells.

* Shanniah Cheyenne Kemp, 1334 Spring St., Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on two counts of child neglect creating serious risk of bodily injury.

* Charges of obstructing law enforcement, probation, parole, court security, corrections officer with threats of harm and assault of government representatives, health care providers, utility workers, law enforcement were dismissed against Robert Kendall Fulmer, 227 Champion School Road, Belleville, because the state does not wish to pursue.

* Two counts of battery and one count of battery of a police officer were dismissed against Charles David Hinzman II, 2203 Gant St., Parkersburg, after a Circuit Order said the court’s jurisdiction over the matter ended.

* A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed against Denzel Michael Jeffers, 911 19th St., Parkersburg, after the court’s jurisdiction concluded, per Circuit Court.

* David Lee McPherson II, 872 Bull Run Road, Waverly, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Noel Melody Sullivan, 14 Kings Row Court, Lot 33, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing, trespassing and failure to process and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Timothy Clive Sheppard, 44 Paul St., Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $181.48.

* Carrie Ann Bowers, 90 Heather Place, Washington, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $181.48/

* Shane Leon Bonnette, 1000 Kemper St., Apt. 11, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving on a suspended license and was assessed $276.48. A charge of tire equipment was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

PARKERSBURG – Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Oct. 15:

* Charges of possession of a controlled substance and fleeing were dismissed against Brandon Michael Zirkle, 1252 Gihon Road, Parkersburg. He was serving time on a felony.

* Ronnie Lee Lockhart Jr., 717 29th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation and credit for 10 days served. Registration violation and no insurance charges were dismissed under a plea agreement. Lockhart pleaded guilty to defective equipment and assessed $181.48. Lockhart pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and assessed $276.48.

* Joseph Terrance Grondin, homeless, was arraigned on a failure to register charge and bond was set at $50,000.

* Joshua Lee Swiger, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and released on $500 bond.

* Bryan Anthony Merritt, 1780 Copperhead Road, Waverly, was arraigned on charges of driving under suspension, expired registration and no insurance and bond was set at $1,000.

* Sherril Lynn Fields, 21 Royal Garden Courts Suite 1, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and released on $1,000 bond.

* William Ray Adkins, 2403 Williamstown Pike, Williamstown, was arraigned on a wanton endangerment with a firearm charge and released on $2,500 bond.

* James Gordon Lake, 2800 Beach St., Belpre, was arraigned on charges of driving under suspension and improper registration and released on $1,000 bond.

* Lemuel Roosevelt Lester, 1603 Beaver St. Apt. 8, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and released on $500 bond.

* Samantha Danielle Deem, 802 Seventh St. Apt. A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and released on $500 bond.

* Philip Andrew Ray, no address, was arraigned on a charge of failure to update registry as a sex offender and bond was set at $30,000.

* David Allan Michel, 3814 Calf Creek Road, St. Marys, pleaded guilty to registration violation and driving under suspension and assessed $457.96.

* Matthew David Gonzales, 1021 24th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to failure to maintain and assessed $181.48.

* Larry Lester Ohrn, 1622 Murphytown Road, Davisville, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.

* A preliminary hearing was waived on charges of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference and fleeing while under the influence against Thomas Matthew Stewart Jr., 44396 Carbon Hill Buchtel Road, Nelsonville.

* Johnna Nicole Sams, 1326 Myrtle St., Parkersburg, had a malicious assault charge dismissed without prejudice as the victim did not wish to proceed and the officer was not present.

* Kali Ann Henrie, Williamstown, had a domestic battery charge dismissed as the alleged victim did not wish to pursue.

* Hannah Rae Furbee, 133 Mount Vernon Drive, Washington, pleaded guilty to DUI, assessed $361.48 and sentenced to time served of five hours jail. A charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Tiffany Kenzie Bawn Boso, 1005 SR 555, Little Hocking, had charges of second-offense driving under suspension and no proof of insurance dismissed after showing proof.

* Chase William Hutson, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm, assessed $186.48 and sentenced to time served of nine hours jail. A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Kevin Lee Mays, 8 Wills St., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to fleeing, assessed $236.48 and sentenced to 10 days jail. A charge of interference with officers was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Kylee Cheyann Flinn, 208 Tonya Ave., Parkersburg, had a driving under suspension charge dismissed under a deferred sentence. A no insurance charge was dismissed.

* Doy Allen Coe, 12 Aqua Circle, Parkersburg, had an indecent exposure charge dismissed as the defendant is not competent.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were released by Wood County Magistrate Court on Oct. 16:

* Gage M. Freeman, 824 Lakeview Dr. Apt. 105A, Parkersburg, had a charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate dismissed after correcting the issue.

* Christopher Cullen Cooper, 646 Blennerhassett Heights Road, Washington, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed.

* Bryan Anthony Merritt, 1780 Copperhead Road, Waverly, had a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth transferred. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Levi Scott Johnson, 2460 Braun Road, Belpre, pleaded guilty to having no insurance and fined $376.48. A charge of failure to stop for a stop sign was dismissed.

* Michael Scott Donahue, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing in a condemned structure, fined $176.48 and sentenced to five days in jail which was ruled as time served.

* John Jason Blevins, 1216 16th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.

* Jadarien H. Wade, 734 Hill St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to a seatbelt violation and fined $25. Wade had a charge of having expired motor vehicle registration dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Randall Lee Reese, 96 Oak Ridge Dr., Parkersburg, had a charge of DUI dismissed without prejudice.

* Martin Gale Collins II, 1312 21st St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to stalking, second-offense violation of a personal safety order, fined $176.48 and sentenced to six months in jail. Charges of disorderly conduct, another charge of second-offense violation of a personal safety order and obstruction with threats of harm were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Bruce Delano Baker, 2414 Oak St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and released on a $40,000 surety bond.

* Tyden James Hayden, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Kyle Jeffrey Williams, 8605 Tradewind Circle, Ooltewah, Tenn., was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Ashlee Rene Coleman, Davisville, was arraigned on charges of destruction of property, two counts of domestic battery and two counts of domestic assault and released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Joseph Trey Nicholson, 2507 Plum St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of burglary and obstruction and held on a $10,500 surety bond.

* Joseph A. Stewart, 46021 St. Rt. 7, New Matamoras, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a suspended license for DUI and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Blake Edward Ritchie, 386 Dickens Dr., Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jackie Anne Nay, 122 Sharon St., Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a suspended license and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Nicole Deloris Ramsey, 1408 23rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Tanya Lynn Parsons, 306 30th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on a $500 surety bond.

* Kristy Lynn Graham, 28116 Creola Cemetery Road, Creola, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Will Phillips, 387 Phillips Road, Pennsboro, pleaded guilty to a motorcycle endorsement violation and fined $201.48.

* ShaeLynn Jayde Hallam, 5984 St. Rt. 26, Marietta, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $196.48. She had a charge of having no proof of insurance dismissed.

* Jeremy D. Brownfield, 501 55th St. Apt. 4, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and fined $25

* Jeffrey Tyler Binegar, 735 Belrock Ave., Belpre, pleaded guilty to following too closely and fined $186.48. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed.
