PARKERSBURG – Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Oct. 14:

* Jonathan Mark Thomas, 2208 16th St. Apt. 6, Parkersburg, had two counts of violation of a protective order dismissed without prejudice.

* Michael James Burd, 2704 22nd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and assessed $191.48 with a civil penalty of $145.36 to Vienna Walmart.

* Phillip Freeman Barr Jr., 68571 SR 124, Reedsville, pleaded guilty to hit and run failing to comply, assessed $226.48 and sentenced to 10 days jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation. Barr pleaded guilty to DUI, assessed $351.48 and sentenced to time served. A failure to process charge was dismissed.

* Matthew Ardner Johnson, Charlotte, N.C., was arraigned on charges of obstruction and domestic assault and released on $2,000 bond.

* Michael Eugen Bode, 1105 12th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on an aggravated DUI charge and released on $2,500 bond.

* Brittany Marie Ayers, Walker, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and bond was set at $2,500 bond.

* Traci Lauren Cremeans, 94 Dixie Lane, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of DUI and open container and released on $2,000 bond.

* Jamie L. Miskell, 2945 Butcher Bend Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of DUI, illegal parking and obstruction and released on $2,500 bond.

* Katie Lean Gibson, 3516 12th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a second-offense DUI charge and released on $2,500 bond.

* Tyanna Nicole Martin, 904 Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and obstruction and released on $1,500 bond.

* Grace Michelle Cottrill, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and released on $2,500 bond.

* Wilma Wilson, 90 Comet St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of expired operators and failure to yield and released on $500 bond.

* Arron Wayne Wilburn, 519 Dean St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and released on $500 bond.

* Brian Edward Burgess, 1000 13th St. Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no operators, no insurance and expired registration and released on $1,500 bond.

* Claude McElroy, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender and released on $5,000 bond.

* George Nicholas Parsons, 1206 Laird Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fleeing from an officer causing bodily injury and third-offense DUI and bond was set at $50,000.

* Corey Frank Bonar, 447 Rains Road, Belleville, was arraigned on a third-offense DUI charge and released on $7,500 bond.

* Austin Michael Matthews, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a strangulation charge and released on $10,000 bond.

* Hannah Louise Wilfong, 3329 Butcher Bend Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and released on $1,000 bond.

* Michael Scott Welch II, 1107 29th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a conspiracy to commit a felony charge and bond was set at $20,000.

* Taylor Nash Burge, 274830 SR 7, Marietta, was arraigned on five counts of possession with intent to deliver and bond was set at $250,000.

* Ashley Junelle Rollyson, 1002 East 12th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and bond was set at $50,000.

* Anthony Hassan Cherry, 1314 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of burglary and malicious assault and bond was set at $50,000.

* Lindsey Marie Castin, 2208 SR 339, Belpre, was arraigned on charges of driving impaired and second-offense driving impaired and released on $3,500 bond.

* Diana Lynn Corbin, 2007 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving under suspension and no proof of insurance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Logan Michael Hinzman, 6247 31st St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a speeding charge and released on $500 bond.

* Logan Renee Angus, 4805 First Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to speeding in a construction zone and no fine was listed. A driving under suspension charge was dismissed.

* Robert Lee Auston, 765 14th Ave. South, St. Petersburg, Fla., pleaded no contest to speeding in a construction zone and assessed $201.48.

* Zoey Lee Jeffers, 315 McDonald Road, Waterford, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $196.48.

* Eric Michael Prisk, 405 Pike St., Spencer, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $191.48.

* Cody Ray Wiggins, 7 Manor Drive, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to expired registration and no inspection and assessed $372.96.

* Abdelmalek Zaidi, 738 Lulu St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to red light violation and assessed $186.48.

* Jacob Russell Modesitt, 383 Odell Lane, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to pedestrian in roadway and assessed $181.48. An unlawful disposal charge was dismissed.
