CHARLESTON – Twelve people from Tyler County have qualified for membership into the West Virginia Poll Worker Hall of Fame, Secretary of State Kris Warner said.
Nominated by Tyler County Clerk Neil Archer II, they are Tracey Bell, Mary Claire Bohrer, Charity Hadley, Chris Lenz, Donna Mead, Jacob Roberts, Yvonne Starkey, Sherry Eddy, Debra Kimball, Wilma Monroe, Michelle Thomas, and Patricia Wilson.
The Hall of Fame was established by Warner earlier this year to recognize individuals who have served their county as an election poll worker for 20 years or more.
