BELPRE – The Belpre Police Department released the following reports Dec. 15:

Dec. 3

* Jonathan R. Patterson, 43, of Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.

Dec. 6

* Nicholas J. Patterson, 43, of Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charge of domestic violence

Dec. 8

* McKenzie R. Nester, 27, of Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.

* Caitlyn B. Knotts, 26, of Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on a felony warrant out of Wood County for sexual abuse and for being a fugitive from justice.

* Randy L. Delong, 72, of Belpre, was cited for failure to yield turning left.

Dec. 9

* Cipriano Scottorinaldi, 42, of Vienna, was cited for improper lane change.

Dec. 13

* Malaina N. Paradis, 21, of Canton, was cited for speed.
