PARKERSBURG – Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Oct. 8:

* Charuss Edward Drummond, Kings Row Court Lot 52, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, assessed $401.48 and sentenced to 30 days jail credit as time served. Charges of failure to fingerprint and petit larceny were dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Penny Marie Banky, 135 Watson Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $500 bond.

* Keyshon Darnelle Myles Gates, Akron, Ohio, was arraigned on a strangulation charge and released on $25,000 bond.

* Bryan Anthony Merritt, Waverly, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and domestic assault and bond was set at $52,500.

* Amanda Marie Wilks, 3898 Butcher Bend Road, Mineral Wells, was found guilty of speeding and assessed $186.48.

* Damen Louis Payne, 611 54th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and assessed $276.48.

* Casi Michael Maul, 1119 Joyce Drive, Parkersburg, had a registration violation charge dismissed under a plea agreement. Maul pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance and assessed $376.48.

* Neil Denver Sprout, 33 South Third St. Lot 1, Parkersburg, had charges of third-offense driving under suspension and no insurance dismissed because the officer had retired.

* Robert Ray Martin, 1200 12th St. Apt. 14, Vienna, had a possession of a controlled substance charge dismissed as the citation was not converted to a criminal complaint.

* Caitlyn Marie Roberts, 2315 Morningside Ave., Parkersburg, had a charge of violation of a personal safety order dismissed without prejudice as the defendant was arraigned on the wrong charge and penalties.

* Ashlee Dawn Martin, 4009 Lincoln St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, assessed $186.48 and sentenced to 90 days jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation and credit for one day in jail. A charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Steven Lee Knicely, 1502 15th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, assessed $176.48and a $50 civil penalty to Sheetz and sentenced to 45 day jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation with credit for eight days served. A trespassing charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* John Vernon Cain, Walker, pleaded guilty to domestic assault, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation. A charge of obstruction with threats of harm was dismissed under a plea agreement.
