PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 24:
* Nathaniel Patrick Woicinski II, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to harassment, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to six months home confinement. Two counts of harassing by computer or phone were dismissed, as was a charge of harassment by cell phone and devices and a charge of repeated telephone calls with conversation. He pleaded guilty to a domestic battery charge, was assessed $176.48 and sentenced to six months home confinement, to run concurrently. Charges of domestic battery, domestic assault and unlawful restraint with victim being 17 years old were dismissed.
* John Julius Smith, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense domestic battery, failure to process, public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance and bond was set at $7,500.
* Christin Nick Cole Kirby, 2314 Clement Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no operators and assessed $181.48. A no insurance charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Shawn Stephen Gates, 2124 16th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and open container and assessed $362.96.
* Alicia Woods, 126 Liberty St., Salem, pleaded guilty to restrictions on use by nonmotorized traffic, cycles, etc., and assessed $276.48.
* Patrick Steven Johnson, 823 Stillwell Road, Walker, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed under a plea agreement. He pleaded guilty to person prohibited from possession of a firearm, assessed $186.48 and sentenced to six months jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation.
* Charles David Amore, 3925 10th Ave., Parkersburg, had a charge of trespass in structure or conveyance dismissed under a plea agreement. He pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, assessed $176.48 with a civil penalty of $88.06 to Vienna Walmart and sentenced to 60 days jail suspended for six months unsupervised probation.
* Brandon Craig McNtire, 215 Valley Mills Road, Parkersburg, had a charge of fleeing by means other than a vehicle dismissed without prejudice as the defendant’s name was misspelled.
* Amber Pauline Murphy, 98 Hickory St., Parkersburg, had a charge of failure to provide proof of properly disposing of solid waste dismissed under a plea agreement. She pleaded guilty to an open dumps violation and assessed $286.48.
* Everett Edward Williams, White Pigeon, Mich., pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $186.48.
* Justin E. Palmer, 911 Tefft St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to hunting license violation and assessed $196.48.
* Kaycie Danielle Britton, 4214 Jefferson St., Parkersburg, had a charge of violation of a personal safety order dismissed with prejudice because the contact alleged was not third party contact with protected person.
* Samantha Danielle Deem, 802 Seventh St. Apt. 4A, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing on a condemned structure, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to six months unsupervised probation.
* Bryce Michael Stacy, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to time served. A domestic battery charge was dismissed.
* Randall Shaun Weaver, Moravian Falls, N.C., pleaded guilty to petit larceny and attempt to commit a misdemeanor, assessed $392.96 and sentenced to 30 days jail with credit for seven days served. A motor vehicle tampering charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Amber Dawn Powell, 509 Ward Place, Parkersburg, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid proscription dismissed.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were released by Wood County Magistrate Court on Sept. 25:
* Jessica Renee Davission, 905 14th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fraudulent use of an access device, fined $186.48 and sentenced to one year in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. She had 13 counts of fraudulent use of an access device dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Adam Dean Flanagan, 123 Grapevine Dr., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Andrew David Calebaugh, 184 Logan Lane, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Aaron Michael Richard, 306 Beeman Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of violating a protective order and released on a $500 surety bond.
* Robert David Reaser, 621 Phillips St., Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of violating a domestic violence protective order and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* John Jason Cline, 11 Fox Hill Terrance, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting and fleeing from law enforcement to evade arrest and released on $750 cash bond.
* Haley Marie Stoneking, 610 32nd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of failure to obey a traffic control device and released on a $250 personal recognizance bond.
* Glenn Wayne McMillian, 2313 Franwood Place, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on a $2,500 surety bond.
* Trenton Jo Britton, 4413 Cypress St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fishing without a license, failure to display a hunting/fishing license and obstructing DNR officers and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Ernest Bill Vandal, 33 Atkinson Ridge Road, Walker, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and having improper registration and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Jeffrey Allen Burd, 1325 Gantsville Road, Little Hocking, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Justin Allen Nutter, 802 Olive St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving on a suspended license and improper lane change and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Derek Ray Sandy, 1429 College Hill Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of DUI and possession of alcohol and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Michael McKenzie Hawkins, 1210 Colonial Dr., Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on a $5,000 surety bond.
* Larry Wayne Cross, 1429 Old River Road, Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing with reckless indifference and held on a $5,000 surety bond.
* Brandon Michael Burdette, 218 Chesterville Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and held on a $5,000 surety bond.
* Sierra Dawn Leasure, 1134 Lynn St. Apt. A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of child neglect creating a risk of injury and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
* Samuel Cole Stewart, 661 East Maple St., Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of child neglect creating a risk of injury and held on a $1,000 surety bond.
* Luka B. Yakim, 1161 North Oak Grove Road, Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of stalking, trespassing and two counts of retaliation against a public employee and held on a $51,500 surety.
* Shelby Daniella Snyder, 329 Lock Five Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to speeding (10 mph or less in excess on highway) and fined $181.48.
* Carrie Renee Allen, 2302 Liberty St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and fined $276.48.
* Amber Nichole Boggs, 11556 DuPont Road, Washington, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and fined $276.48.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were released by Wood County Magistrate Court on Sept. 26:
* Craig Russell Morrison, 607 31st St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty pleaded guilty to assault of government representatives, health care providers, utility workers and law enforcement, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of public intoxication was dismissed, per a plea agreement
* Lacey Anne Faith Siers, 1924 Cisco Road, Cairo, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and shoplifting, fined $387.96 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. She was ordered to pay a $751.82 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna. A charge of obstruction with threats of harm was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Ryan Graham Matheny, 15774 State Route 550, Fleming, pleaded guilty to DUI and fined $471.48. A charge of failure to maintain motor vehicle insurance was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Toni Dolly Walker, 1105 East 12th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.
* Aaron Michael Romans, 2407 Rockland Ave., Belpre, pleaded guilty to having no operator’s license and fined $186.48. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Brandon Scott Johnson, 1619 Pike St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to theft protection device removal and trespassing, fined $372.96 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.
* Charles Lewis Webb, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice.
* Travis Matthew Chidester, Parkersburg, had charges of domestic battery, obstruction with threats of harm and battery of a police officer dismissed without prejudice.
* Timothy Ray Albright, 17 West Lake St., Washington, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $$276.48.
* Bradley James Malone, 6139 Victory Ave., Grafton, had charges of disorderly conduct, obstruction with threats of harm and public intoxication dismissed.
* Ashlei Lynne Fordyce, 805 46th St., Vienna, pleaded no contest to violating a personal safety order, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.
* Robert G. Koch III, 172 Limestone Dr., Rockport had a charge of having a controlled substance on an access site dismissed following a successful deferred sentence agreement.
* David Allan Lynch, 1622 Avery St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction (boating) and fined $196.48. A charge of hunting/fishing without a license was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Andrew James Strock, c/o 5509 Sixth Ave., Vienna, had probable cause found on charges of preventing a public official from performing their official duty, retaliation against a public official, damaging emergency responder equipment and transporting contraband into a correctional facility. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Fergusson DeAthony Harris, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and held on a $20,000 surety bond.
* Johnna Nichole Sams, 1326 Myrtle St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of malicious assault and released on $5,000 surety bond.
* Ashlei Lynne Fordyce, 805 46th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Timothy Joseph Knight, 828 Cedar Grove Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Logan Michael Hinzman, 624 31st St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violating a personal safety order and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Eric Leon Parkins, 917 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance and released on bond.
* Jonathon Robert Cagle, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and held on $2,000 surety bond.
Julia Alyce Angeron, Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $2,000 surety bond.
* Desarah Lynn Geer, 50 Royal Gardens Court, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of battery of a police officer, obstruction and trespassing and released on a $3,000 surety bond.
* Harold Ivan Brown 1200 Cisler Dr., Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of violating a domestic violence protective order and held on a $2,000 cash bond.
* Sophie Lynn Downer, 8464 Andre St, Newport, Mich., pleaded no contest to speeding (69 mph in a 55 mph) and fined $186.48.

* James Patrick Roach, 3981 Long Road, Avon, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding in a construction zone (69 mph in a 55 mph zone) and fined $196.48.
* Austin M. Radcliff, 161 Alfred Road, Davisville, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and operating a vehicle without evidence of registration and fined $457.96.
* Howard Earl Swiger, 601 13th St. Apt. 1, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and fined $181.48. He had a case involving a charge of receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle transferred to Wood County Circuit Court. A charge of destruction of property was dismissed.
* Heather Michelle Gibson, 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $201.48. She was ordered to pay a $83.90 civil penalty to Gabes. She also pleaded guilty to another charge of shoplifting and fined $201.48. She was ordered to pay a $138.00 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna. She also pleaded guilty to trespassing and sentenced to 120 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. She also pleaded to another charge of trespassing and fined $186.48. She had charges of shoplifting, having no vehicle registration and driving on a suspended license dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Brandon Michael Burdette, 218 Chesterville Road, Mineral Wells, had a charge of third-offense shoplifting dismissed after being indicted on the charge in Wood County Circuit Court.
* Arion Charline Michael, 828 Cedar Grove Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to maintain premises for the use of controlled substances, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and was placed on two years of unsupervised probation with a credit of 12 days for time served.
* Quinten Michael Keller, 547 Veterans Highway 180, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and fined $276.48. He also pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $176.48. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna. A charge of trespassing was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Volodymyr Kuzminskyi, 420 Woodmoor Dr. Unit 206, Lombard, Ill., pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm and public intoxication, fined $357.96 and had jail time ruled as time served. Charges of disorderly conduct and failure to process were dismissed.
* David Bryan Shuman, Parkersburg, had a charge of attempt to commit a felony dismissed.
*Michael James Fittro II, 907 33rd St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 60 days in jail with a credit of 24 days for time served. A charge of destruction of property was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Clint Edward Johnson, 1341½ Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended license (warrant) and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.
* Austin Isaiah Boyd, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Melissa Jean Beagle, 160 Newells Run Road, Newport, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Quinten Michael Keller, Sistersville, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery, shoplifting, trespassing and disorderly conduct and released on $3,000 personal recognizance bond.
