PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 23:
* Joshua David Chichester, 1444 Jesterville Road, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of registration violation, no insurance, no registration and driving under suspension and released on $1,000 bond.
* Dallas Wade Schmitt, 747 Glendale Road, Marietta, was arraigned on a speeding charge and released on $500 bond.
* Jason Alan Delancey, P.O. Box 581, Waverly, was arraigned on charges of forgery of registration and released on $2,000 bond.
* Heather Marie Koffel, Belpre, was arraigned on charges of driving under suspension, improper registration, no insurance and obstruction and was released on $2,000 bond.
* Justin Allen Posey, 42 Meadowbrook Acres, Parkersburg, was arraigned on an obstruction charge. Bond was set at $500.
* Randy Ray Moss, 1112 38th St., Apt. A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of failure to maintain vehicle and released on $500 bond.
* Jade Alexas Oakes, 527 13 ½ St., Apt. A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a possession of a controlled substance charge and released on $1,000 bond.
* Casey Charles Lehew, 40 Prince Court, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two third-offense counts of shoplifting. Bond was set at $10,000.
* Ashlei Lynne Fordyce, 805 46th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and released on $500 bond.
* Jonathan Wayne Smith, 505 Sand St., Ravenswood, was arraigned on a possession of a controlled substance charge and released on $1,000 bond.
* David Eric Wilson, 1304 27th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of no insurance, failure to produce registration and inhale intoxicant and released on $2,000 bond.
* Ronald Todd Grimm, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of violation of a protective order and released on $4,000 bond.
* Karly Marie Hall, 622 Kenner St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no operator’s license, no proof of insurance and violation of a protective order and released on $1,500 bond.
* Whitley Jasmine Smith, 1718 19th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no operator’s license and assessed $181.48.
* Randi Millette Persinger, 3311 Lubeck Ave., Apt. 17, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.
* Megan Nicole Haggerty, 54 Center St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of failure to properly restrain child while vehicle is in motion and assessed $392.96.
* Rodney Allen Jones II, 3612 Sixth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to expired motor vehicle inspection and driving under suspension and assessed $457.96.
*Jason Matthew Grimes, 51013 Osborne Road, Reedsville, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.
* Gage Oryan Dowler, 4415 14th Ave., Parkersburg, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed.
* Maggie Lynn Miracle, Parkersburg, had a domestic battery charge dismissed without prejudice as the alleged victim did not want to pursue.
* Amanda Jane Sams, Parkersburg, had two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and a count of driving under suspension dismissed without prejudice after being indicted in Wood County Circuit Court, as this case was part of that indictment.
* Paula Lynne Hadley, 5432 School House Road, Belpre, had two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed after completing a diversion agreement.
* Christopher Keith Parker, 1420 Spring St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of threats of terrorist acts, and the case was bound over to Circuit Court. He pleaded guilty to destruction of property, assessed $186.48 and sentenced to time served of 10 days jail.
* Joshua Vernon Knight, 828 Cedar Grove Road, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle. He pleaded guilty to shoplifting and assessed $231.48 with a $546.25 civil penalty to Sams Club.
* Austin James Parker, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, assessed $186.48 and sentenced to six months home confinement with credit for 15 days served. A domestic battery charge was dismissed under a plea agreement. He also pleaded guilty to another domestic battery charge, was assessed $176.48 and sentenced to nine months home confinement with credit for 15 days served, to run consecutively.
