PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 11:
* Kyle Ethan Elza, Albany, Ohio, was arraigned on a violation of a protective order charge and released on $1,000 bond.
* Elisabeth Pilar Crowson, 76 Wildwood Drive, Apt. 102, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a destruction of property charge and released on $1,000 bond.
* Kyle Edward Piggott, 1334 Blennerhassett Heights, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a destruction of property charge and released on $1,000 bond.
* James Ray Shamblin, 534 Fifth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a petit larceny charge and released on $1,000 bond.
* Steve Tyler Hall, 320 East Russell Ave., West Lafayette, Ohio, was arraigned on a speeding in a school zone charge and released on $500 bond.
* Charles Ray Wilson, 1510 ½ Crescent St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and released on $1,000 bond.
* Amee Lynn Newbraugh, 603 Hill St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and released on a $500 bond.
* Loye Shamael Taylor, Charlotte, N.C., was arraigned on charges of brandishing, interference with emergency communication and three counts of domestic assault. Bond was set at $5,000.
* Isaac Leon Fordyce, 53 South Park Villa, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and released on $500 bond.
* Grace Hyde, 2009 Nash St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and assessed $25.
* Justin Wayne Nichols, 7101 Garfield Road, Leroy, W.Va., had a no insurance charge dismissed.
* Kuo-Ping Fon, 5510 Sidney Road, Cincinnati, pleaded guilty to speeding in a work zone and assessed $181.48.
* Tony Lloyd Barringer, 29738 Bowman Road, Coolville, pleaded guilty to obstruction by false statements and assessed $276.48. Charges of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, no proof of insurance and improper registration were dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Robert W. Ellison, 327 ½ Lost Pavement Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving under suspension and assessed $276.48. A no proof of insurance charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Dakota Lane Wilfong, 118 Aindrea Drive, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, assessed $481.48 and sentenced to 48 hours in jail. A registration violation charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Logan J. Klintworth, 14780 Waterford Road, Waterford, pleaded guilty to no valid fuel/FTA decal and assessed $226.48. A registration violation charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Leroy James Estep, 4053 Elizabeth Pike, Mineral Wells, had a no insurance charge dismissed.
* Chyanna Lynne Vancamp, 713 Grandview St., Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of possession of counterfeit or unauthorized access device with intent to defraud, and the case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Hunter Leigh Hutson, 705 Hall St., Apt. 7, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and assessed $186.48 with a $50 civil penalty to Walmart. An obstruction by false statement charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* William Dakota Hogan, 6739 Elizabeth Pike, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to dog killing livestock, assessed $1,176.48 and sentenced to 20 days in jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation.
* Jessica Denise Marshall, 65942 SR 124, Reedsville, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and obstruction with threats of harm, assessed $402.96 and sentenced to 60 days in jail suspended for six months unsupervised probation and counseling. Charges of failure to process and public intoxication were dismissed.
* John Ray Childrey, 11808 Kensington Ave., Cleveland, pleaded guilty to joyriding, assessed $196.48 and sentenced to time served of seven months in jail.

PARKERSBURG — The following reports were released by Wood County Magistrate Court on Sept. 12:
* Ashley Nicole Davis, 800 Seventh St., Apt. 4, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespass on condemned structure and was assessed $276.48.
* Dillon Gage Anderson, 2987 Dutch Ridge Road #23, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to third-offense driving on a suspended/revoked license, miscellaneous, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for an unspecified amount of time served. He was assessed $336.48.
* Michelle K. Wetzel, 409 ½ 16th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended/revoked license and was assessed $276.48. A charge of no insurance was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
* Marion Delbert Sweeney Jr., 2906 29th St. Apt. A, Parkersburg pleaded guilty to indecent exposure, was sentenced to nine days in jail with credit for nine days served and was assessed $176.48.
* Aleisha Morgan Ashwell, 522 Reed St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, was assessed $276.48 and was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $109.22 to Walmart in Vienna. In a separate case, Ashwell pleaded guilty to shoplifting, was assessed $276.48 and was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $494.34 to the Vienna Walmart.
* David Lee McPherson II, 872 Bull Run Road, Waverly, pleaded guilty to shoplifting, was assessed $231.48 and was ordered to pay a civil penalty to the Dollar General on DuPont Road in Parkersburg.
* Christinia Ann Atkinson, 2212 36th St. Apt. O, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to charges of battery of a police officer, obstruction with threats of harm and disorderly conduct, was sentenced to 60 days home confinement and was assessed $639.44. Charges of simple assault, public intoxication and neglect or refusal to make a report, perform a required act or destroy fingerprints or records was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Adam Spencer Jarvis, 3525 Roseland Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no insurance and was assessed $376.48. A charge of improper registration was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
* Jesse Howard Skidmore, 4204 Emerson Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, no bodily injury, and was assessed $716.48. Charges of speeding, 99 mph in a 55 mph zone, and drag racing were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
* Joshua Wayne Sheets, 4204 Emerson Ave., pleaded guilty to third-offense driving on a suspended license, was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for 30 days served and was assessed $326.48. Charges of expired registration and operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
* James Lee Hall, 2414 24th St. Apt. 35, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting, was assessed $201.48 and ordered to pay a $401 civil penalty to Walmart in Vienna.
* Mindi Sue Powell, 306 Seven Pines Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to receiving or transferring stolen goods and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. She was assessed $231.48.
* Tristin Scott Radcliff, 404 Parmaco St. Unit R, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, less than 0.15 BAC, and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served. He was assessed $391.48.
* Richard Allen Moore, 3928 Ninth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to defeating drug and alcohol screening tests, possession of adulterant, and was assessed $376.48.
* Randall Paul West, 1721 Spring St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident, vehicle damage, and was sentenced to seven days in jail with credit for seven days served. He was assessed $176.48. A charge of failure to maintain insurance was dismissed under a plea agreement after he provided proof of insurance. A charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license, miscellaneous, was also dismissed as part of the agreement.
* Brandi Lynn Myers, 28725 Torch Road, Coolville, was arraigned on charges of no insurance and obstructing and released on a personal recognizance bond.
* Jason Paul Moyers, 214 Dallas Drive, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of reckless driving, expired registration and no proof of insurance and was released on a $600 personal recognizance bond.
* Christopher Keith Parker, 1420 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of threats of terrorist acts and destruction of property. Bond was set at $26,500.
* Ashton James Elschlager, 248 Lick Run Road, Walker, was arraigned on charges of driving while impaired and no insurance and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
* James Oliver Weatherholt Jr., Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and fleeing from an officer and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
* Dale Roger Thorn, 893 Dry Run Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing and released on a $500 surety bond.
* Kenneth Ray Sasser Jr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of domestic assault and one count of domestic battery. Bond was set at $3,000.
* Joshua Jeremiah Thorn, 893 Dry Run Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Andrew James Strock, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of intimidation of a public official, retaliation against a public official with injury, damage to first responder equipment with injury and bringing controlled substances into a correctional facility and released on a $20,000 surety bond.
* Jared Bradford Myers, 560 Rummer Road, Marietta, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $186.48.
* Anita Dawn Carpenter, 4414 Jefferson St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and was assessed $276.48.
* Lance Wayne White, 2212 36th St., Apt. 5, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and was assessed $25.
