PARKERSBURG – Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Aug. 20:

* Jade Nicole Williams, 207 Maple St. South, Apt. 4, Ripley, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance (two counts), petit larceny and joyriding and released on $2,000 bond.

* Shannon D. Caplinger, P.O. Box 3565, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a third-offense shoplifting charge, and bond was set at $5,000.

* Heather Dawn Lucas, 907 Pike St., Apt. A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a third-offense shoplifting charge, and bond was set at $5,000.

* Dakota Ski Acores, 2007 Gandee Court, Apt. C, Belpre, was arraigned on a possession of a controlled substance charge and released on $1,000 bond.

* Gerald Christopher Piggott, 723 Briant St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a third-offense driving under suspension charge and released on $500 bond.

* David Michael Shockey, 1018 15th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of violating a protective order and released on $1,000 bond.

* Travis Lee Hudnall, 1101 Paint Creek Road, Hansford, W.Va., was arraigned on an obstruction charge and released on $1,500 bond.

* Riley Mayshel Joline Speece, 115 Jordyn Lane, Apt. 106, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on an obstruction charge and released on $5,000 bond.

* Tasha June Compton, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two child abuse charges, and bond was set at $10,000.

* Logan Dakota Sanders, 115 Jordyn Lane, Apt. 106, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a fleeing with reckless endangerment charge, and bond was set at $25,000.

* Jessica Lynn Crockett, 115 Goff Hollow, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a second-offense possession with intent charge, and bond was set at $100,000.

* Otis Miseal Brewster, 1618 Beaver St., Apt. 4, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. The case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.

* William Cody Snyder, 1011 Federal Road, Belpre, pleaded guilty to fleeing, obstruction and public intoxication, assessed $689.44 and sentenced to 30 days jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation with credit for one day served. Charges of failure to process and disorderly conduct were dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Howard Robert Lauderman, 902 16th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation with credit for one day served. A no insurance charge was dismissed under a plea agreement. He also pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and assessed $276.48. Charges of no registration and violation of a protective order were dismissed under a plea agreement. He pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order and obstruction with threats of harm, assessed $612.96, sentenced to 45 days in jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation with credit for one day and sentenced to 24 hours jail on the second charge.

* Spring Diane Stoops, 877 Dry Run Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving under suspension and assessed $376.48. A no inspection charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Roy Daniel McElfresh, 1023 ½ 32nd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and assessed $276.48. A no insurance charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Sheana Marie Woods, Parkersburg, had a domestic battery charge dismissed since the alleged victim did not wish to pursue.

* Gregory Lee Freeland Jr., 1193 Dotson Memorial Road, Palestine, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving under suspension and assessed $276.48. A no registration charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Christopher Cullen Cooper, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and assessed $276.48. A no insurance charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Kaila Violetta Wright, 911 Wood St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, assessed $176.48 with a $50 civil penalty to Sheetz on Seventh Street and sentenced to time served of 12 days in jail.

* Megan Renee Slowter, 2660 Adams Road, Beaver, Ohio, pleaded guilty to failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and reckless driving and assessed $412.96. Charges of speeding and fleeing in a vehicle were dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Tamara Ann McAllister, Elizabeth, had a domestic battery charge dismissed without prejudice since the alleged victim did not wish to pursue.

* Randi Donell Patterson, Parkersburg, had a domestic battery charge dismissed without prejudice due to the state's lack of contact with the victim.

* Sheba Francisco Mitchell, Union, N.J., had a no proof of insurance charge dismissed under a plea agreement. Mitchell pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.

* Natasha Katherine Dunn, 2906 29th St., Apt. 8, Parkersburg, had probable cause found on charges of manufacture or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and conspiracy to manufacture, deliver, possess with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance. The case was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Geneva Jean Brady, 2020 Middle Ridge Road, Waverly, pleaded guilty to a driving under the influence charge, assessed $481.48 and sentenced to 30 days home confinement with credit for one day served. A charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Robert Allen Gibson, 1600 Knotts Ave., Apt. 31, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to DUI, assessed $361.48 and sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served.

* Kaytlynn Nichole Banks, Parkersburg, had a domestic battery charge dismissed after the alleged victim did not wish to pursue.

* Quinton Andrew Phillips, 349 Buckingham Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to one year jail suspended for two years of unsupervised probation.

* Sarah Ann Davis, 1326 Avery St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, assessed $186.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for six months unsupervised probation.

* Tasha Jo Jenkins, 501 Reed St., Parkersburg, had an obstruction charge dismissed since the officer was no longer employed locally.

* Larry Lee Eader, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and assessed $286.48.

* Jonathan Eugene Farnsworth, 606 Division St., Parkersburg, had a battery charge dismissed without prejudice since the prosecutor had no contact with the alleged victim and Farnsworth completed treatment.

* Joshua Adam Devere, 917 17th St., Parkersburg had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed since the case was over a year old and never converted.

* Tristan Robert McGuire, 435 Sugar Run Road, Pennsboro, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.

* Myron Eugene Anderson, 211 Sixth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no operator's and a registration violation charge and assessed $362.96.
