PARKERSBURG — The following cases were released by Wood County Magistrate Court on Sept. 3:
* Shannon D. Caplinger, PO Box 3565, Parkersburg, had a charge of third-offense shoplifting dismissed after pleading the charge down. Caplinger pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, fined $176.48 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.
* Thomas Michael Leroy Underwood, 44 Meadowview Circle, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor against the state, fined $352.96 and sentenced to one year in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.
* Robert Edward Banky, 135 Watson Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order, fined $456.48 and sentenced to six months which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription was dismissed.
* Jessica Lynn Crockett, 115 Goff Hollow, Elizabeth, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of second-offense possession with intent to deliver fentanyl. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Sarah B. Wise, 917 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of expired MVI and illegal use of a cell phone and released on a $500 bond.
* Molly Beth Jones, 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of contribute/create an open dump and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* John Michael Sadler Jr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and battery and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
* Timothy Paul Reisinger, 31 Eastlawn Road, Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of DUI with a BAC greater than .150 and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
* Caden Ray O’Donnell, 200 Mineral Park Lane, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of second-offense DUI and driving on a suspended license for DUI and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Nathan Christopher Shelton, 139 Williams Highway, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of a stop sign violation, reckless driving and a red light violation, and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.
* Zachary P. Schoolcraft, 10 Edgewood Dr., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of having no operator’s license and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Levi William Barker, 3506 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of retaliation against a public official, petit larceny and loitering on school property and held on a $11,000 surety bond.
* Allie Marie Akita, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $500 surety bond.
* Bryce Michael Clendenin, 3017 City View Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on a $500 surety bond.
* Tristian Robert Francis, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.
* Kay’viona Monay Robinson, 2512 39th St. Apt. 1A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent schemes and released on a $500 surety bond.
* Kayla Marie Stutler, 418 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
* Allen Marshall Lott, 149 Bob O Link Circle, Davisville, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving on a suspended license and having no insurance and released on a $1,000 bond.
* Ronnie Lee Lockhart Jr., 717 29th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering and released on a $7,500 surety bond.
* Corey Edward Tanner, 143 Fall Run Road, Walker, was arraigned on a charge of soliciting a minor via computer and held on a $50,000 surety bond.
* Logan Skyler Hall, 115 South Hazel St., Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of fleeing while DUI, third-offense DUI and fleeing with reckless disregard and released on a $21,000 surety bond.
* Thomas Matthew Stewart Jr., 44396 Carlson Hill Buchtel Road, Nelsonville, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of fleeing while DUI and fleeing with reckless indifference and released on $10,000 surety bond.
* Fergusson De’Anthony Harris, Lot 7 700 Barclay St., Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle and held on a $10,000 surety bond.
* Andrew David Calebaugh, 184 Logan Lane, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to deliver (fentanyl) and held on a $100,000 surety bond.
* Jason Lee Allman, 901 Lenore St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Amber Dawn Powell, 509 Ward Place, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to deliver (fentanyl) and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
* Cory Ray Patterson, 1502 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and trespassing and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Christina Ann Atkinson, 2212 36th St. Apt. 0, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of reporting a false emergency and released on a $500 surety bond.
* Grayson J. Gopp, 554 County Road 108, Florence, Colo., was arraigned on charges of having no personal floatation device, disorderly conduct and obstructing DNR and held on a $500 surety cash bond.
* James Carl Hutson, 1004 27th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct and released on a $500 surety bond.
* Jeffrey Michael Peer Jr., Marietta, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery, assault, petit larceny, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful restraint and interfering with 911 communication and released on a $6,000 surety bond.
* Randall Paul West, 1721 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on bond.
* Eric Guy Nelson, homeless, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and held on a $1,000 surety bond.
* Stacy Lynn Decicco, 536 Windsor Dr., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.
* Devon R. Stout, 3437 Third Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to selling or furnishing beer to someone under 21 and fined $201.48.
* Deaundra R. Haskins, 5211 Fuller Dr. Apt. 5, Ashtabula, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding in a construction zone and fined $196.48.
* Trevor Carlisle Mayle, 96 Kittle St., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $191.48.
* Candice Nadine Hardbarger, 225 Buell Run, Palestine, W.Va., pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and fined $201.48.
* Karlee Moore, 2807 Harrison Ave. Apt. 4, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to selling or furnishing beer to someone under 21 and fined $201.48.
* Elizabeth Landers, 2901 Avery St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and fined $25.
* Adam Gregory Hall, 622 Lulu St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and fined $25.
