PARKERSBURG – Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Aug. 28:
* Samuel Joseph Fourqurean, 505 Gallaher St., Apt. 5A, St. Marys, was arraigned on three counts of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, methamphetamine and cocaine, with intent and released on a $25,000 surety bond.
* Ryan Seth Pittman, 612 Ranis Road, Belleville, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a personal recognizance bond.
* Matthew Lee Allen, 3443 Third Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of improper approach of an emergency vehicle and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Jerry Lee Maston, 20 Woodland Park Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense driving on a license revoked for driving under the influence charge and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.
* Nikki Steven Geer, no address listed, was arraigned on a fugitive from justice count on two domestic violence charges from Fairfield County, Ohio, and held without bond.
* Gregory Allen Hutson Jr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense domestic battery and released on a $5,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Evangeline Renee Schaffer, 609 Society Hill Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of expired registration and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Clifford Goans Batten, 3 Shell Circle, Belpre, was arraigned on charges of destruction of property and assault. Bond was set at $3,000 surety.
* Derek Michael Fortney, 2208 State Route 339, Belpre, was arraigned on three counts of first-offense shoplifting and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Heather Dawn Lucas, 907 Pike St., Apt. A, Belpre, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of third-offense shoplifting.
* A charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed against Braxton Shawn Michael Willis, 1100 Laird Ave., Parkersburg, after a successful deferred sentence agreement.
* A charge of destruction of railroad or public utility property with risk of serious bodily injury or interruption of service was dismissed against Rex Franklin Hutson Jr., 906 Lakeview Drive, Parkersburg.
* Charges of neglect or refuse to make a report or perform a required act or destroy fingerprints or records, disorderly conduct and obstruction of a law enforcement, probation, parole, court security or corrections officer with threats of harm were dismissed, without prejudice, against Essie Virginia Miller, 132 Canterbury Drive, Parkersburg. A charge of violation of a protective order also was dismissed.
* Paula Jean Walker, 400 16th St., Apt. 6, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing and was sentenced to three months in jail with credit for three months served. She was assessed $176.48.
* A charge of fleeing with reckless indifference against Logan Dakota Sanders, 115 Jordyn Lane, Apt. 106, Mineral Wells, was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.
* A charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license was dismissed, without prejudice, against James Dewayne Thomas, 2212 36th St., Apt. Q, Parkersburg.
* A charge of domestic battery was dismissed against Gregory Allen Hutson Jr., Parkersburg, so it could be refiled.
* A charge of domestic battery was dismissed, without prejudice, against Brian Edward Fickisen, 416 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg.
* A charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed against Colton Dale Poole, 701 33rd St., Parkersburg, pursuant to a plea agreement.
* Dennis James Hicks, 2249 Oak Grove Road, Waverly, pleaded guilty to assault of government representatives, health care providers, utility workers or law enforcement and sentenced to six months in jail, suspended for two years of unsupervised probation. Hicks also pleaded guilty to obstruction of a law enforcement, probation, parole, court security or corrections officer with threats of harm and was sentenced to three months in jail, suspended for two years of unsupervised probation. The sentences are to run concurrently. Hicks was assessed $402.96. Two other obstruction charges were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
* Dennis Lanier II, P.O. Box 980246, Ypsilanti, Mich., pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation and assessed $176.48. Another possession charge and a speeding count were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
* Jordan DaShawn Colebank, Belpre, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation, and assessed $176.48.
* Charges of domestic battery and domestic assault were dismissed against Nicholas Craig Holbert, Parkersburg, because the alleged victim did not wish to pursue.
* A charge of domestic battery was dismissed against Sam Christopher Womack, Parkersburg, because the alleged victim did not wish to pursue.
* Patricia Bailey, 2206 Fairfax St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of truancy and was assessed $226.48.
* Ernest Dale Jones Jr., 311 16th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting, was assessed $186.48 and ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to Walmart and not return to Walmart. Two other counts of shoplifting were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
* Dylon Scott Nesselrotte, 3608 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to unlawful removal, injury to or destruction of property and was sentenced to one year in jail suspended for two years of unsupervised probation and reporting to the day report center. He was assessed $176.48 and ordered to pay restitution to the victim. A charge of burglary was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
* Codey Dallas Maze, 279 Maze Road, Belpre, pleaded no contest to second-offense driving on a suspended/revoked license and was assessed $276.48.
* Mackenzie Patrick Peters, 304 W. Fourth St., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to improper passing and was assessed $186.48.
* Santiago Vallejo, 3228 TIck Ridge Road, Lower Salem, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $181.48.
* Gregory Clinton Stanley, 1728 State Route 124, Coolville, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $181.48. A charge of no endorsement was dismissed.
* Brandi N. Dowler, 136 S. Fourth St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and was assessed $25.
* Jonathan Wayne Clay, 427 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a stop light violation and was assessed $186.48.
* Nicholas Allen Jennings, 164 Locust Drive, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to speeding and operation of a vehicle without evidence of registration and was assessed $387.96.
* Daniel H. Lamp, 1803 Washington Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and was assessed $25.
* Carrie Jane Lott, 547 Sixth St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting, was assessed $201.48 and ordered to pay a civil penalty of $113.90 to Walmart in Vienna.
* Dylan Kenneth Rollins, 1473 Timber Trail, Apt. A., Akron, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was assessed $226.48. He also pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended/revoked license and was assessed $276.48. A charge of no insurance was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
* Emma Grace Norman, 1708 Oak St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and was assessed $25.

PARKERSBURG – Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Aug. 29:
* Tiffany Dawn Alexander, 1721 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a false pretenses charge, assessed $186.48 and sentenced to 90 days home confinement. A charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Six counts of violation of a protective order were dismissed under a plea agreement against Derek Michael Fortney, 2208 SR 339, Belpre. He pleaded guilty to two counts of violation of a protective order, assessed $426.48 and sentenced to 90 days jail suspended for two years unsupervised probation on each count, to run concurrently.
* Charges of obstruction by false statement and driving under suspension were dismissed under a plea agreement against Lori Ann Spencer, 1314 Covert St. Apt. 8, Parkersburg. She pleaded guilty to DUI and possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, assessed $537.96 and sentenced to 120 days jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation. She served time served of two days in jail on the DUI charge.
* Marcel W. Canty, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense possession with intent to deliver and bond was set at $300,000.
* Gaylon Claude Cox, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and released on $1,000 bond.
* Angela Jo Jenkins, 6856 Pike St. Apt. 5, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and released on $500 bond.
* Jason Lee Caplinger, 1111 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, trespassing and failure to process and bond was set at $2,000.
* Mkayla Marleah Serpico, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of expired MVI and no proof of insurance and released on $500 bond.
* Trace K. Willis, 42 Forest Drive Apt. 107, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to seat belt violation and assessed $25.
* Bridgette M. Bailey, 246 Tanner Lane, Walker, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $186.48.
* Tyler M. Martin, 1107 West Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to selling, furnishing or giving beer to someone under 21 and assessed $201.48.
* Susan Lynn Ramirez, 2309 Belmont Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to seat belt violation and assessed $25.
* Elizabeth S. Lynch, 467 Ivy Road, Davisville, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and assessed $276.48.
* Brandon Monroe Brown, 511 13th ½ St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to one year in jail suspended for two years of unsupervised probation and six months of day report center.
* Samantha Ann Adams, 1004 Pike St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting and possession of counterfeit with intent to utter, assessed $352.96 with $50 civil penalty to Dollar General on Seventh Street and sentenced to six months jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation on the shoplifting charge and sentenced to one year jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation on the counterfeit charge, to be served concurrently.
* Jamiel Elam Lambert, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, assessed $196.48 and sentenced to 45 days jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation with substance abuse and anger management treatment.
* A preliminary hearing was waived on a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver against Michael P. Smith, 611 32nd St., Parkersburg, and the case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.
* A charge of third-offense domestic assault was dismissed without prejudice against Anthony Lee Scritchfield, Parkersburg.
* Ronald Wayne Byers, 506 Hawthorne St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, assessed $644.02 and sentenced to 90 days jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation.
* Desmen Roy Kenlock, 1 Camelot Drive Apt. 3, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to brandishing a deadly weapon, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days home confinement.
* Harold Ivan Brown, 1200 Cisler Drive, Marietta, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, assessed $186.48 and sentenced to 60 days jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation.
* Alexis Jean Allberry, Charleston, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting and assessed $276.48 with a $125.84 civil penalty to Walmart.
* Charges of obstruction with threats of harm and battery of a government representative, health care provider, utility worker, law enforcement or EMS were dismissed against William Douglas Reese, 613 Lakeview Drive, Parkersburg, as an officer did not appear.
* A charge of domestic battery charge was dismissed due to lack of evidence against Casey Jay Cox, Washington, W.Va.
* Jason William May, 295 Dempsie Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension, assessed $276.48 and sentenced to 60 days home confinement. A no insurance charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* A charge of violation of a protective order was dismissed without prejudice against David John West, Parkersburg, as the victim does not wish to pursue.
* A charge of inspection violation was dismissed after obtaining a valid MVI against Drake W. Thompson, 208 Elder St., Parkersburg. He pleaded guilty to no seat belt and assessed $25.
* Laura Ellen Eckert, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to battery, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation while obtaining mental health/substance abuse treatment.
* A charge of strangulation was dismissed against William Lewis Dennis, Parkersburg.
* A charge of retaliation against a public official or employee was dismissed against Brandon Monroe Brown, 511 13th ½ St., Parkersburg, under a plea agreement.
* Preliminary hearings on charges of attempting to commit an offense and fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference were waived against Russell Brian Bibbee, 9826 Elizabeth Pike, Elizabeth, and the case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.
* A charge of worthless check was dismissed under a diversion agreement against April Helen Harper, 1590 Regent Ave., Springfield, Ohio.
