PARKERSBURG – Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Aug. 26:

* Lee Kendall Mullins, 1424 Rector Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a petit larceny charge and released on $1,000 bond.

* Bobby Allan Finley, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and interference with emergency communication and released on $5,000 bond.

* Joyce Ann Brown, 2513 Lenore St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a sale, furnish or give alcohol to underage charge and released on $500 bond.

* Christina M. Richards, 1005 Olive St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving under suspension and possession of a controlled substance and released on $3,000 bond.

* Victoria Louise Carpenter, 607 Putnam St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a sale, furnish or give alcohol to underage charge and released on $500 bond.

* Kiyree Paige Bennett, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of malicious assault, second-offense battery on a police officer and domestic battery. Bond was set at $6,000.

* Robert Edward Banky, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of violation of a protective order and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $2,000.

* Nicholas D. Rhodes, 13 Jones St., Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of no registration, expired operator’s, no insurance and no motorcycle endorsement and released on $400 bond.

* Sherry Lynn Henry, 1194 Milton St., Morgantown, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.

* Alexandra Shyainna Seaford, 1204 E. Poplar St., Davisville, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and no insurance and assessed $652.96.

* Ethan James Rinehart, 238 Somerville Ridge Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to open container and assessed $226.48,

* George Lee Cowan, 49 Dunsinane Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene and assessed $181.48.

* Carl Franklin Lott Jr., 2092 S. Pleasant Hill Road, Belleville, had charges of driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, no insurance, striking an unattended vehicle and reckless driving dismissed without prejudice because the officer failed to appear.

* Trina Marie Whipkey, 492 Happy Valley Road, Parkersburg, had a violation of a protective order charge dismissed.

* Harold Allan Stump, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to six months jail.

* Cody Jack Davis, 1001 12th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to obstruction, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to time served of 10 days in jail.

* Chalene Kristin Simon, 20 Woodland Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription was dismissed under a plea agreement. Simon also pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance and assessed $376.48.

* Melissa A. Merriett, 613 Charles St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no seat belt and assessed $25. Charges of expired registration, no inspection and no proof of insurance were dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Deshawn Derese Nelson, 1014 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, had two counts of battery on government representatives, health care providers, utility workers, law enforcement and EMS and one count of keeping premises for unlawful controlled substance use dismissed.

* Timothy Brian Honaker, 1010 18th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a violation of a protective order charge and released on $500 bond.

* Ashlee Dawn Martin, 4009 Lincoln St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $1,500.

* Christopher A. Sams, 2903 Avery St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a driving under suspension charge and released on $500 bond.

* Tyler John Lear, 780 Dinner Bell Ohiopyle Road, Ohiopyle, Pa., was arraigned on a speeding charge and released on $100 bond.

* Roger Caleb Baisden, 2 Wildfire Lane, Kermit, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of speeding in a school zone and released on $500 bond.

* Matthew Russell Stewart, 35 Mike Lanes, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a reckless driving charge and released on $500 bond.

* Emily Bowersock, 610 39th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of no insurance, no seat belt and driving under suspension and released on $500 bond.

* Joseph M. Pavelich, 3431 Third Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no seat belt and assessed $25.

* Gabriel C. Sauer, 1415 23rd St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to no inspection and assessed $186.48.

* Clyde L. McCoy, 22 Phillips Drive, Sistersville, pleaded guilty to no inspection and driving under suspension and assessed $457.96.

* Clinton Ray Edman, 1789 Turnpike Ave. Ext., Apt. 2, Clearfield, Pa., pleaded guilty to move over law violation and assessed $186.48.

* Matthew Mark Hellinger, 1115 Paden St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to sale, furnish or give beer to under 21 years and assessed $201.48.

* Angela Ann Cline, 101 Kenwood St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and assessed $276.48.

* Dustin Eugene Wright, 95 Shenandoah Drive, Davisville, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $186.48.

* Steven Nathaniel Hutson, 1010 Johnson Run Road, Parkersburg, had a destruction of property charge dismissed to be recharged as a misdemeanor.

* Shavannah Nichole Martin, 1670 Braun Road, Belpre, pleaded guilty to first-offense shoplifting, assessed $186.48 and a civil penalty of $151.28 to Walmart with a requirement not to return to Walmart.

* Austin Lane Kent, 323 Cline Lane, Mineral Wells, had charges of defective equipment and a registration violation dismissed. Kent pleaded guilty to reckless driving and assessed $201.48.
