PARKERSBURG — The following cases were released by Wood County Magistrate Court on Aug. 22:
* Heather Dawn Clevenger, 908 41st St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.
* Travis Sean Settle, 1702 14th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no seatbelt and fined $25.
* Amy Kristina Hardman, 5107 Orchard Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Marcus C. Haile, 1529 18th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of expired registration and having no MVI and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Kayla L. Burnem, 4100 Stella St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second offense DUI and released on a $2,500 cash surety felony bond.
* Savannah Kaylee Henry, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.
* Brittany Jo Ferrell, 618 Reed St. Apt. 6, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violating a protective order and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Neil Denver Sprout, 33 South Third St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving on a suspended license and having no insurance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Joshua Michael McGee, 6851 Deerwalk Highway, Walker, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Anthony Lee Scritchfield, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense domestic battery and was held on a $5,000 surety bond.
* William Lewis Dennis, 1229 22nd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of strangulation (warrant) and held on $5,000 surety bond.
* Michael Lee Salser, 92 Highland Lake Circle, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of having expired registration and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Andrew Stanfill Knight, 112 Valley Mills Dr., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to failure to maintain control and fined $276.48.
* Tye Bernard Lewandowski, 5107 Orchard Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $211.48. He was ordered to pay a $372.34 civil penalty to the Vienna Walmart store.
* Jason Lee Allman, 705 Hall St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to attempt to commit a misdemeanor and obstruction, fined $352.96 and sentenced to 234 days in jail which was ruled as time served.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were released by Wood County Magistrate Court on Aug. 25:
* Angela Renee Burke, 436 Walker Lane, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of DUI, less than .150, having expired registration and having no MVI and released on $5,000 surety bond.
* David Justin Kerns, 5800 Walker Road, Walker, was arraigned on a charge of DUI and released on a personal recognizance bond.
* James Curtis Harkness, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second offense domestic battery and being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and released on a $10,000 surety bond.
* Gregory Ryan Barnes, 2212 36th St. Apt. ), Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
* Dylan A. McKnight, 2375 Oak Grove Ext. Road, St. Marys, was arraigned on a charge of speeding and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Suetaraha Dalinia Patton, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Ohio, on a charge of a fourth degree felony. Patton was held on no bond.
* Sarah Beth Wright, 616 33rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction, pedestrian illegally in the roadway and public intoxication and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Gerald Christopher Piggott, 723 Briant St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a suspended license and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Dylon Scott Nesselrotte, 3608 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and held on $100,000 surety bond.
* Skyla Dawn Williams, 207 South Maple St., Ripley, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and held on $100,000 surety bond.
* Wesley Leonard Jacob Anderson, 2525 24th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of petit larceny, joyriding and burglary and held on $22,000 surety bond.
* Amanda Pearl Lockhart, 824 Lakeview Dr. Apt. 403 B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and fined $25.
* Lacey Ann Heiden, 4905½ Second Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding in a construction zone and fined $181.48.
* Loyd Aza Winans, 1200 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no seat belt and fined $25. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed after proof was presented.
