PARKERSBURG — The following cases were released by Wood County Magistrate Court on Aug. 4:
* Charuss Edward Drummond, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of grand larceny and third-offense domestic assault. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Julie Ann Hupp, 1208 Blizzard Drive, Apt. A, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Andrea Rose Willis, 184 Electric Ave., Belleville, pleaded guilty to fishing without a license, fined $176.48 and sentenced to three months in jail after a deferred sentence agreement was not met.
* James Ryan Andrews, 957 Gantsville Road, Little Hocking, had a charge of kidnapping dismissed.
* Shannon Rose Halligan, 2460 North Whittmore St., Furlong, Pa., pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, blood alcohol content 0.15 or more and was fined $471.48. A charge of domestic battery was dismissed.
* Angela Rene Vincent, 700 Pike St., Room 330, Marietta, pleaded guilty to simple assault and obstruction and fined $352.96. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.
* Christina Deann Rose, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Meigs County on charges of second-degree burglary and aggravated assault. She was held on no bond.
* Auston Gaige Crouch, 2212 36th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fraudulent schemes, financial exploitation and forgery of a public record and released on a $15,000 surety bond.
* Marcus Jay Sprague, 12589 Lake Lane, Athens, was arraigned on charges of having an expired registration and having an expired motor vehicle inspection and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Starlain Corner, 1961 Trace Fork Road, Sandyville, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving on a suspended license and having improper registration and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Kayla Lynn Burnem, 4100 Stella St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license for DUI and a seat belt violation and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Justin E. Palmer, 911 Tefft St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fishing without a license and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Justin Wayne Nichols, 7101 Garfield Road, Leroy, was arraigned on a charge of having no insurance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Justin Paul Stahl, 932 Monroe Ave., Huntington, was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and released on a $2,000 surety bond.
* Brittany Jo Ferrell, 618 Reed St., Apt. 6, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of violating a protective order and released on a $4,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Olivia Marie Guess, 55438 Fourth Ave., Reedsville, was arraigned on three counts of shoplifting and released on a $1,500 surety bond.
* Paul Michael Staats Jr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $2,500 surety bond.
* Emma Leigh Paschen, 1601 Washington Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on three counts of obstruction and three counts of interfering with an officer (false information) and released on a $2,500 surety bond.
* Ziyodjon Soliev, 360 Oakville Drive, Apt. 2B, Pittsburgh, was arraigned on charges of reckless driving and speeding, 124 mph in a 65 mph zone, and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Mark E. Guess, 55438 Fourth Ave., Reedsville, was arraigned on three counts of shoplifting and released on a $1,500 surety bond.
* Ricky Alan Lockhart, 408 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of assault and released on a $2,500 surety bond.
* Codi Lee Douglas, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic assault and interference with 911 and released on a $2,500 cash bond.
* Brenda Kay Roberts, 504 15th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and released on a $3,500 surety bond.
* Stephanie Jean Lightfritz, 10 Browns Road, Apt. 6B, Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of embezzlement and released on a $5,000 surety bond.
* Brandon Craig McIntire, 215 Valley Mills Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing from an officer and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
* Joetta Fay Moyers, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on two counts of domestic assault and one count each of second-offense obstruction and battery of a police officer and released on a $2,500 surety bond.
* David William Mowery, no address given, was arraigned on a fugitive from justice charge out of Washington County on a charge of destruction of property. He was held without bond.
* Kenneth William Brinklow, 2316 Highland Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on three counts each of obstruction and providing false information and released on a $2,500 bond.
* Jessica Lea Anthony, 166 Pine St., Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed after proof was provided to the court.
* Cathy Ann Cheeseman, 127 Winding Heights Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Aug. 5:
* Sebastian Orlando Guel, no address listed, was arraigned on a fugitive from justice charge and no bail was set.
* Caleb Michael Decker, 235 Forest Ave., Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference, prohibited person possessing a firearm, possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver — fentanyl, prohibited person possessing a concealed firearm and bond was set at $150,000.
* Meagan Lee Stansberry, 75 Haynes St., Vienna, was arraigned on an obstruction charge and released on $500 bond.
* Richard D. Svencer, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a strangulation charge and bond was set at $7,500.
* Michael W. Leftridge, 123 Whippoorwill Ridge Road, Waverly, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance — marijuana and released on $500 bond.
* Hannah Rae Furbee, 133 Mount Vernon Drive, Washington, was arraigned on charges of driving while impaired and possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and released on $1,500 bond.
* Kenneth Ray Sasser Jr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery, violation of a protective order, obstruction and fleeing, and bond was set at $3,000.
* Melissa Dawn Thomas, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic assault, assault, disorderly conduct, destruction of property, assault on a police officer and two counts of obstruction, and bond was set at $8,000.
* Christopher Eugene Wood, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a destruction of property charge and bond was set at $10,000.
* Amber Dawn Powell, 509 Ward St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of counterfeit or unauthorized access device and released on $5,000 bond.
* Harold Ivan Brown, Marietta, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, assessed $186.48 and sentenced to 30 days jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. A domestic battery charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Ross Mckenzie Barker, had charges of domestic battery and interference with emergency telephone communication dismissed without prejudice since the victim failed to appear for trial and the state had no objection.
* Tyanna Nicole Martin, 904 Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and obstruction, assessed $372.96 and sentenced to 30 days jail suspended for two years unsupervised probation and credit for nine days served. Charges of failure to render information and public intoxication were dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Kevin E. Dennis, 1311 Seventh St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and assessed $201.48. An open container charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Brandon Gentry Elam, 155 Warren Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a worthless check charge, was assessed $214.54 and sentenced to 10 days jail suspended for three months unsupervised probation.
* Krystal Sue Judge, Parkersburg, had a domestic battery charge dismissed without prejudice after the alleged victim requested the charge be dropped and the state had no objection.
* Garry Lee Mackey, 1005 William St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to falsely reporting an emergency incident, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to 60 days jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation with credit for one day served. Two false report charges were dismissed under a plea agreement. He also pleaded guilty to trespassing on a condemned structure and assessed $186.48.
* Dominique Prince Kusi-Davies, Waldorf, Md., had a domestic battery charge dismissed as the alleged victim does not wish to pursue and the state had no objection.
* Katherine Kelly-Louise Williams, 2113 45th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension, assessed $276.48 and sentenced to 30 days jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation with credit for one day served.
* Kayla D. Conley, 41 Meadowbrook Acres, Parkersburg, had a charge of inspection certificate violation dismissed after inspection was renewed.
* Max Eugene Lassiter, 739 Rising Sun Ridge Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance and assessed $376.48.
* Makayla Marie Powell, 3501 Elm St. Apt. 4, Parkersburg, had charges of no insurance and no registration dismissed after the state did not wish to proceed.
* Luke Ian Howard Mahoney, 2504 23rd Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance on an access site and assessed $201.48. A charge of trespassing after hours was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Nathan Skyy Miller, 612 Ninth St., Marietta, pleaded guilty to charges of second-offense driving under suspension and prostitution and assessed $512.96 and sentenced to 90 days jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation with credit for one day served. A no proof of insurance charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Derrick Adam Carr, 4010 11th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and assessed $376.48. A drag racing charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Harold Gene Young Jr., 1209 Lakeview Drive, Parkersburg, had a charge of possession of counterfeit or unauthorized access device dismissed under a plea agreement. He pleaded guilty to petit larceny, assessed $186.48 and sentenced to one year of unsupervised probation.
* James Patrick Owens, Davisville, had a preliminary hearing waived on a strangulation charge and transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Danielle Nicole Padfield, 405B 13th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a possession, manufacture, delivery of a controlled substance and transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Edward Lamont Marvin Reed, 1245 ½ Lynn St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a possession, manufacture, delivery of a controlled substance and transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Jordan L. Pearson, 1 Pomeroy Road Apt. A3, Athens, Ohio, pleaded guilty to obstructing while boating and assessed $196.48.
* Sarah Katie Crookshanks, 1752 Seventh St., Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on two counts of gross neglect of a child creating substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury and transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Jennifer Nicole Wolfe, Parkersburg, had a second-offense domestic battery charge dismissed without prejudice.
* Tyler James Francis, 1026 Ball School Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order, assessed $426.48 and sentenced to 30 days jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation.
* Kiger Allen Buffington, 2705 Sixth Ave., had expired registration and no inspection charges dismissed.
* Kaylan Renea Walllace, 1104 Edwin St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension, assessed $276.48 and sentenced to 30 days jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation.
* Devin Isaac Dalrymple, 641 Wrights Run Road, St. Marys, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident and assessed $226.48.
* Garrett Michael McComas, Parkersburg, had a domestic battery charge dismissed without prejudice.
* Anthony Ryan Perry, 2064 Buzzard Run Road, Pennsboro, pleaded guilty to obstruction and assessed $276.48.
* Christopher Keith Parker, 2006 Camden Ave. Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and assessed $181.48.
* Jolie Kerenick, 111 Riverside Lane, Marietta, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.
* Holli Elizabeth Junkins, 514 Roselynne Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48. An expired registration charge was dismissed after providing valid registration.
* Savanna N. Stanley, 102 School House Run Road, Cottageville, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48. An expired registration charge was dismissed after providing valid registration.
* James C. Thomas, 286 Baltimore St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and assessed $25.
* Dakota Allen Lawson, 916 Williams Highway, Vienna, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and assessed $181.48.
* Damon Ray Nicholson, 1430 Wilson Road, Oakland, Md., pleaded no contest to speeding and assessed $186.48.
