PARKERSBURG — The following cases were heard in Wood County Magistrate Court on July 25:
* Larry Robert Koehler, 703 Locust St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing in a condemned structure, sentenced to 60 days jail suspended for six months unsupervised probation and assessed $176.48. He also pleaded guilty to fleeing, sentenced to 60 days jail suspended for six months probation, to be served concurrently, and assessed $176.48.
* Virginia Jenkins, 3260 Little Kanawha Highway, Grantsville, pleaded guilty to violating a protective order, sentenced to time served of six days in jail and assessed $426.48. She had a charge of violating a protective order dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Brian Michael Sams, 300 Milton St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction and assessed $226.48.
* Charges of battery and simple assault were dismissed against Austin Ward Clark, 426 Riggs Run Road, Elizabeth, as the state did not provide discovery to defense.
* A second-offense shoplifting charge was dismissed against Aleeha Jeanice Miller, 824 Lakeview Drive, Apt. 208B, Parkersburg, after meeting conditions of a six-month diversion agreement.
* A charge of receiving or transferring stolen goods was dismissed against David Kenneth Riel, 118 Avery St., Parkersburg, under a plea agreement. He pleaded guilty to receiving or transferring stolen goods, sentenced to one year in jail and assessed $176.48.
* Jennifer L. Marshall, 3424 Sanitarium Road, Akron, pleaded guilty to traffic signal violation and turn violation and assessed $362.96.
* Nicholas Ryan Waugh, 1030 George St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and red light violation and assessed $462.96.
* Ryan Michael Chaffin, 4812 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.
* Nathan Christopher Kephart, 70 Harris St., Newport, pleaded no contest to obstructing driver’s view and assessed $186.48.
