PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports July 24:

* Colton Dale Poole, 701 33rd St., Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a third-offense shoplifting charge and the case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court. A charge of fleeing was dismissed.

* Loretta J. Knight, 1609 Spring St., Parkersburg, had charges of expired registration and no inspection and no proof of insurance dismissed after providing proof of documents.

* Edward P. Hanzek, 616 Graham Ave., Windber, Pa., pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.

* Austin Daniel Hall, 111 Hardy Heights, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to speeding 10 mph or less in excess on highway and assessed $181.48.

* Travis Matthew Chidester, 1301 16th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no insurance and assessed $376.48. An improper registration charge was dismissed after proof of registration was provided to the court.

* Ashley E. Sams, 815 West Fourth St., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to no inspection and assessed $181.48.

* Dale Shannon Corder, 120 Blackberry Way, Elizabeth, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of transporting alcohol, implement of escape, dangerous materials, weapon, drugs to a correctional facility and the case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Kerra Bryce Vicars, 147 Fox Run Dr. Suite 19, Mineral Wells, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and the case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Amber Anna Baker, 1012 18th St. Apt. 6, Vienna, pleaded guilty to DUI impaired state, was sentenced to three months home confinement and assessed $361.48. Charges of leaving the scene, no proof of insurance and driving under suspension were dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Colby Owen Brode, 1512 34th St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to violation of a protective order, was sentenced to time served of one day in jail and assessed $426.48.

* Gary Dwane Wood, 411 Elder St. Apt. 10, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and assessed $512.96.

* Ashton Gage Taylor, 711 Olive St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fleeing in a vehicle and assessed $1,186.48.

* Connor John Roberts, 761 Windsor Dr., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to obstruction, was sentenced to time served of one day in jail and assessed $676.48. A charge of underage purchase, consumption, sale or possession of beer was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Autumn T. Lockhart, Parkersburg, had a domestic assault charge dismissed as the alleged victim did not wish to pursue.

* Marion Bruce Tennant II, 454 Northwood Villa, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $226.48.

* Charles Edward Collins, Rockport, was arraigned on a third-offense domestic battery charge and bond was set at $30,000.

* Richard Fred Johnsen Jr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and released on $3,000 bond.

* Robert W. Ellison, 327 ½ Lost Pavement Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving under suspension and no proof of insurance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Johnathan Patrick Lott, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a kidnapping charge and bond was to be set in Wood County Circuit Court.

* Kimberly D. Woods, 512 Ninth Ave. Apt. B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and released on $250 bond.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports July 30:

* Gregory Allen Hutson Jr., Parkersburg, had two counts of violating a protective order dismissed under a plea agreement. He pleaded guilty to a count of violating a protective order, was sentenced to five days home confinement and assessed $436.48. He also pleaded guilty to a domestic battery charge, was sentenced to 30 days home confinement, to run consecutively, and assessed $186.48.

* Bradley James Malone, 6139 Victory Ave., Grafton, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, obstruction and disorderly conduct and released on $1,000 bond.

* Jamarion Keyvon Lee Francis, no address listed, was arraigned on a fugitive from justice warrant from Franklin County, Ohio, and held on no bond.

* Michelle K. Wetzel, 409 ½ 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of first-offense driving under suspension and no insurance and released on $500 bond.

* Eric Shane Vest, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a burglary charge and bond was set at $20,000.

* Antionette Lashelle Jones, 1768 Grace Road, Akron, was arraigned on a fraudulent schemes charge and bond was set at $5,000.

* Angela R. Vincent, 700 Pike St. Room 330, Marietta, was arraigned on charges of assault, disorderly conduct and obstructing and bond was set at $3,000.

* Alfred Stuart Akeroyd Jr., Palestine, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and released on $500 bond.

* Homer Steven Johnson, 823 Stillwell Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to permitting unauthorized person to drive and assessed $186.48.

* Samanth Fayth Schilling, 238 Maple Dr., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $186.48.

* Justin Michael Persinger, 3505 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to expired registration and assessed $181.48.

* Skye Elizabeth Grissinger, 1125 Lafette, Zanesville, had charges of fleeing and receiving or transferring stolen vehicle dismissed after being directly indicted.

* William Adorante, 501 32nd St. Lot B4, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction and battery, sentenced to 11 days jail as time served and assessed $362.96.

* James Earl Bee, 917 East 12th St., Parkersburg, had a charge of transporting alcohol, implement of escape, dangerous material, weapons, drugs to correctional facility transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Cameron Blake Johnson, 1804 Seventh Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction, received a deferred sentence of six months but failed to comply with terms and conditions of deferred adjudication and assessed $176.48.
