PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports July 22:

* Charles Dyvanne Estes, Waverly, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, sentenced to 30 days jail and assessed $176.48. He also pleaded guilty to obstruction and assessed $226.48.

* Kayla Nicole Hemingway, 2305 Vaughan Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no inspection and assessed $186.48. Charges of driving under suspension, no insurance, improper registration and no seatbelt were dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Gina Nicole Hand, 806 ½ Lynn St., Parkersburg, had a charge of forgery dismissed.

* Bryan James Barker, Parkersburg, had a domestic battery charge dismissed as the alleged victim did not wish to pursue.

* Johnathan David Duff, 155 Dickens Drive, Suite 15, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and assessed $226.48.

* Neveah Shumaker, 23 South Plains Road, The Plains, pleaded guilty to underage consumption and assessed $201.48. A charge of underage possession was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Tracy Leanne Selvey, 417 Eighth St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to second-offense driving under suspension and assessed $326.48. A charge of no insurance was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Annette Marie Emrick, P.O. Box 156, Mineral Wells, pleaded no contest to hit and run with injury and assessed $1,176.48.

* Christopher Lee Snyder, 3017 City View Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, sentenced to 90 days jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation and assessed $186.48.

* Matthew Richard Battin, 1522 Lakewood Circle, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation and assessed $176.48.

* Joshua Allen Miller, 618 Reed St., Apt. 10, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation and assessed $186.48. A charge of defeating drug and alcohol screening tests was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Joshua Paul Clark, 1006 30th St., Apt. 1, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to motor vehicle tampering, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and assessed $176.48.

* James Ryan Andrews, Little Hocking, had charges of domestic battery and violating a protective order dismissed under a plea agreement. He pleaded guilty to fleeing from law enforcement, sentenced to time served and assessed $176.48. He pleaded no contest to improper lane change and assessed $181.48. An expired registration charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Wilbert Francis Kelley Jr., 1005 Lynn St., Parkersburg, had a charge of trespassing on a condemned structure dismissed.

* Renee Lynn Lemley, 1004 27th St., Vienna, had a battery charge dismissed with prejudice.

* Kevin Wayne Gardner, Parkersburg, had charges of conspiracy to manufacture, deliver, transport or possess controlled substances, transporting controlled substances with intent to deliver and controlled substance-manufacture or possess with intent to deliver transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Tate Camden Musko, 218 Butler St. No. 406, Marietta, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed after completing a deferred probation program.

* Douglas Eric Edgell, 3603 Sixth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting, assessed $201.48 and $50 civil penalty to Sheetz on Ann Street.

* Penelope Marie Brown, 212 Beaumont Road, Silver Springs, Md., pleaded no contest to speeding and assessed $181.48.

* Christian Amos Rollins, 1024 Six Hill Road, Cairo, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $186.48.

* Elizabeth Dawn Perrine, 1809 Beaver St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a battery charge and released on $3,000 bond.

* Charles Lewis Webb, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and released on $2,500 bond.

* Bo Raymond Hupp, 2103 Park Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a fishing without a license charge and released on $500 bond.

* Leemariyantae Onique Lewis, 1071 Johnston St., Akron, was arraigned on a possession of a controlled substance charge and released on $500 bond.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports July 23:

* Rebekah Rae Baker, homeless, pleaded guilty to trespassing in a structure or conveyance and assessed $276.48,

* Jeffery Wayne Rucker, Belleville, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, was sentenced to one year in jail suspended for one year of home confinement and assessed $176.48. A strangulation charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Howard Warren Guinn, 117 Locust St., Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to deliver, methamphetamine, and bond was set at $200,000.

* Charles Edward Drummond, Lot 52 Kings Row, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a grand larceny charge and two petit larceny counts and bond was set at $11,000.

* Paul Wilson Cumberledge, 1119 Fourth St. Apt. B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a strangulation charge. Bond was set at $50,000.

* Timothy Ray Albright, 17 West Lake St., Washington, was arraigned on a driving under suspension charge and released on $500 bond.

* Jalen Michael Arnott, 3010 Third Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of shoplifting and one count of receiving or transferring stolen goods and released on $1,500 bond.

* Triston Ray Wigal, 1220 Pleasant Home Ridge Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $201.48.

* Rodrigo Salazar Reyna, 2505 24th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.

* Katie Leigh Edwards, 514 Ruby St., Belmont, pleaded guilty to improper use of turn lane and assessed $181.48.

* Laken Lewis Waid, 125 Taylor Way, Summersville, pleaded guilty to fleeing by means other than a vehicle, sentenced to 10 days jail with credit for time served and assessed $306.48.

* Tyler Ross Sheldon, 869 Chestnut St., Parkersburg, had charges of hunting in closed season, improper weapon for big game, obstructing and hunting under the influence dismissed without prejudice because an officer failed to appear.

* Connie Jeanine Kitchen, Williamstown, had a domestic battery charge dismissed without prejudice since the alleged victim did not want to pursue.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were released by Wood County Magistrate Court on July 28:

* Ryan Dale White, 1318 St. Marys Ave., Parkersburg, had a charge of strangulation dismissed after the alleged victim failed to appear in court for a hearing.

* Seth Thomas Adams 8715 Dalzell Road, Lower Salem, had a preliminary hearing waived on two counts of gross child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Nicholas Hansel Hopper, 1017 Weekly Run Road, Ravenswood, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of grand larceny and having improper registration. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Harold Ivan Brown, Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and held on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Daniel Jackson Lemaster, 817 Quincy St. Apt. A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, obstruction and falsely reporting an emergency and released on $500 surety bond.

* Mark Andrew Lowers, 3761 Bell Road, Vincent, was arraigned on charges of obstruction (false statement) and possession of a controlled substance and released on $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Bryce Michael Edwards, 1301 23rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of falsely reporting an emergency, obstruction and failure to process/fingerprint and held on $3,000 surety bond.

* Dakota Lane Wilfong, 118 Aindrea Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of DUI, greater than .150, and expired registration and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Hannah Louise Wilfong, 3329 Butcher Bend Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of violating a protective order and released on $500 surety bond.

* Christopher Cullen Cooper, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and having no insurance and released on $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Julie Ann Hupp, 1208 Blizzard Dr. Apt. A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of manufacture, deliver or possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance and held on $10,000 cash bond.

* Joseph Aaron Waugh, 3 Farmdale Court, Barboursville, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a suspended license and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Shane Andrew Salyers, 807 Neale St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of receiving/transferring a stolen vehicle and released on $10,000 surety bond.

* Thomas E. Donahue, 2517 Valley View Dr., Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of intimidation of a public official while they were doing their official duties and released on $2,500 surety bond.

* Mary Ellen Cockerham, 1339 Highland Ave. Apt. 200, Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of battery and trespassing and released on $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Joshua Antonio Constable, 719 Orchard St., Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of reckless driving and released on $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Charles David Amore, 3925 10th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense shoplifting and trespassing and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* William Earl Crothers, 134 Dempsie Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of going left of center, having no insurance, driving on a suspended license and having improper registration and released on $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Travis Dale Grogan, 2615 27th Ave. Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to failure to stop for a stop sign and fined $181.48.

* Michael A. McAbeir, 1014 Carnwise St. SW, Canton, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding (84 mph in a 70 mph zone) and fined $181.48.

* Jonathan R. Burgess, 121 Franklin Drive, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Ashley N. Miller, 267 Alfred Road, Davisville, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Shannon Oshea Wells, 34 Bridlewood Road, Charleston, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* William M. Simmins, 1648 Traugh Fork Road, Bristol, W.Va., pleaded guilty to following too closely and fined $181.48.

* Alena Lola Dulaney, 15500 Emerson Ave., Waverly, pleaded guilty to illegal waste burn and fined $276.48.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports July 29:

* Joshua Tyler Reed-Dewhirst, 2805 Birch St. Lot 29, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and assessed $286.48. Charges of no proof of insurance and registration violation were dismissed under a plea agreement. He also pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was assessed $201.48 and a civil penalty of $109.96 to the Vienna Walmart.

* Lisa Cheyanne Dougherty, Parkersburg, had a domestic battery charge dismissed since the alleged victim did not wish to pursue.

* Stacey Lynn Mixer, Parkersburg, had a domestic battery charge dismissed.

* Gary Lynn McCullough II, 614 Burnthouse Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to DUI less than .15 BAC and was assessed $351.48.

* Casey Allen Toppings, 528 Eighth Ave., Huntington, pleaded guilty to driving while impaired, sentenced to 14 days jail ruled time served and assessed $351.48.

* Zoe Michelle Hect, Parkersburg, had a domestic battery charge dismissed.

* Brandon Michael Burdette, 218 Chesterville Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, sentenced to 90 days jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation and assessed $176.48.

* Brittany Nicole Cottrill, 1011 18th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction and assessed $226.48.

* Michael Hess, 2615 26th Ave., Parkersburg, had a worthless check charge dismissed.

* Kathy Sue McDonald, 258 Hamilton Ridge Road, Ravenswood, had a permitting DUI charge dismissed.

* John P. Cox, was arraigned on charges of fleeing in a vehicle, no motorcycle endorsement, expired registration and no insurance and released on $500 bond.

* James Ryan Andrews, Little Hocking, was arraigned on charges of abduction and kidnapping and bond was to be set in Wood County Circuit Court.

* Rebecca Jane Wilson, 1012 18th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of child abuse causing bodily injury and bond was set at $150,000.

* Christopher W. McMullen, 3405 25th St. Apt. 44, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no proof of insurance, expired registration and expired MVI and released on bond.

* Cheryl Anne Schnell, 159 Chateau Hills, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and child neglect with risk of injury and was released on $3,000 bond.

* Daniel Stephen Canterbury, 109 Robin Lane, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of assault on a law enforcement officer and released on $200 bond.

* Mark W. Smith, 2965 State Route 124, Coolville, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.
