VIENNA — Three people were sent to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries following a three-car accident along Grand Central Avenue in Vienna Tuesday morning.
Officer AL Jones of the Vienna Police Department reported a Toyota Camry driven by Mary Snow of Albany, Ohio, was attempting to turn left into the parking lot for Aspen Dental from the northbound lane along Grand Central Avenue and had failed to yield the right-of-way, striking a Chevy Silverado truck driven by Roy Beard of Parkersburg. That collision caused the truck to strike a Pacifica minivan driven by Doc Cutlip of Vienna which caused it to go into a ditch near a culvert next to the Be Young Nail Salon.
“All three drivers were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries,” Jones said.
All three vehicles sustained heavy damage with one person having to be cut out, said Sgt. Justin Standley of the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department
Some people involved had “significant injuries,” he said.

Six firefighters responded from the Vienna VFD along with their rescue pumper truck. Multiple officers with the Vienna Police Department responded and the Camden Clark Ambulance Service responded to the scene with three ambulances and its chase vehicle. Crews were on scene between 90 minutes and two hours.
Crews had the southbound lands of Grand Central Avenue limited to one lane while they worked the scene. All the vehicles had to be towed.
Citations may be pending, Jones said.
