PARKERSBURG – The Parkersburg Police Department announced that Gemma Davies, a juvenile reported as a runaway on Oct. 13, has been safely located and returned home unharmed.

According to a release from Police Chief Matthew Board, officers in the patrol and investigative divisions followed leads, conducted interviews and coordinated search efforts.

In the release, the department thanked the Parkersburg community for its support, tips and shared information, which it said played a vital role in the search.
