BELPRE — The Belpre Police Department released the following reports Oct. 3:

Sept. 22

* Wayne A. Rhodes, 36, of Belpre, was cited for no operator license and arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear on a seat belt charge through Marietta Municipal Court.

* Adam D. Mason, 41, of Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear on a driving under suspension charge through Marietta Municipal Court.

Sept. 24

* Jeremy A. Baker, 40, of Washington, W.Va., was cited for expired registration.

Sept. 26

* Taryen I. Lovell, 42, of Belpre, was cited for no operator license and assured clear distance ahead.

Sept. 30

* Jeremy A. Haynes, 42, of Coolville, was cited for expired registration.

* Melissa D. Richards, 49, of Belpre, was cited for no operator license.

* Richard A. Mankins, 56, of Belpre, was cited for expired registration.
