PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports July 17:
* Jason Bradley Walker, 825 Seventh St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and trespassing. He was sentenced to jail for 24 hours and assessed $402.96. A charge of obstructing an officer with threats of harm was dismissed.
* David Alexander Bunch, 646 Liberty St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to first-offense shoplifting, was assessed $201.48 and ordered to pay a civil penalty of $125.74 to Sheetz on Ann Street in Parkersburg. In a separate case, Bunch pleaded guilty to shoplifting, was assessed $201.48 and ordered to pay a civil penalty of $820 to Rural King in Parkersburg. A charge of obstructing an officer with threats of harm was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
* Charges of driving on a suspended/revoked license and expired registration were dismissed against Jacquelin Ann Martin, 186 Trail Ridge Road, Parkersburg.
* Raymond Eugene Preston Jr., 1285 Evergreen Road, Columbus, waived a preliminary hearing on charges of transportation of controlled substances, Schedule I or II narcotic, into the state and manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. The case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Amber Dawn Durnell, 2372 Blair Road, Coolville, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of third-offense shoplifting. The case was transferred to Circuit Court.
* Tina Yvonne James, 440 Briarwood Drive, Columbus, pleaded guilty to fleeing from a law enforcement officer by means other than a vehicle, was sentenced to time served in jail and assessed $176.48.
* Tony Lloyd Barringer, 29738 Bowman Road, Coolville, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer, possession of a controlled substance, improper registration and no proof of insurance and released on $2,500 personal recognizance bond.
* Laken Lewis Waid, 170 Friendship Lane, Rainelle, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing on foot. Bond was set at $500 surety.
* Connie Jeanyne Kitchen, Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Sarah Katie Crookshanks, 1752 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of child neglect and was released on $50,000 surety bond.
* J’Naela Bre’Nysha Marie Woods, 553 E. Butcher Ave., Akron, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Jason Eugene Wigal, 912 Hillcrest St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order. Bond was set at $10,000 cash.
* Seth Thomas Adams, 1752 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of child neglect. Bond was set at $50,000 surety.
* Daniel Lee Smith, 2819 Barth Road, Belpre, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $191.48

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were released July 18 from Wood County Magistrate Court:
* Curtis Nile Rood, 1252 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fleeing from law enforcement and shoplifting, and fined $417.96. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to Walmart. He also pleaded guilty to prohibitions on open dumps and failure to provide proof of properly disposing of solid waste and fined $502.96. He also pleaded to another charge of shoplifting and was fined $201.48. He was ordered to pay a $203.40 civil penalty to Dollar General.
* Darren Daniel McGuire, 2312 15th Ave., Vienna, had a charge of violating a protective order dismissed following a successful deferred sentence agreement.
* Bryan Lamont Allen, 825 Seventh St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing on a condemned structure and fined $206.48.
* Brian Allen Bonnett, 49879 Manuel Road, Racine, Ohio, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, fined $276.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was ruled as time served. He was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to the ParMar store in Williamstown.
* William Elliot Dougherty, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, fined $236.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was ruled as time served. He was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.
* Jesse Wayne Shingleton, 383 Paddock Green Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to failure to extinguish a fire before leaving and fined $376.48.
* Lori Fay Fluharty, 1653 Winding Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $231.48. She was ordered to pay a $101.68 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna.
* Sheana Marie Woods, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed after a successful deferred sentence agreement.
* William Gale Everett II, 8 Stella Court, Parkersburg, had a charge of torture or kill an animal dismissed as they were indicted on the incident in Wood County Circuit Court.
* Tyler James Kerns, 31 Meadowbrook Acres, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding (60 mph in a 35 mph zone) and fined $181.48.
* Ryan Scott Paugh, 39 South Park Villa, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.
* Jeremy P. Sargent, 350 Robert Kelly Road, Cutler, pleaded no contest for a traffic-control signal violation and fined $186.48.
* Virgil Thomas Davis, 116 Berry Lane, Marietta, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.
* Preston Michael Taylor, 2418 Egypt Run Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license for DUI and released on $2,500 personal recognizance bond.
* Makayla Iren Rose Layfield, 3262 Shields Hill Road, Cairo, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Tyler Andrew McCune, 708 22nd St., Vienna, was arraigned on four counts of distributing or exhibiting material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct and released on $80,000 bond.
* Toni Dolly Walker, 1105 East 12th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Jessica Denise Marshall, 65942 St. Rt. 124, Reedsville, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of obstruction, public intoxication, failure to process, possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Rebekah Rae Baker, homeless, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing and held on $500 cash bond.
* Doy Allen Coe, 12 Aqua Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of indecent exposure and held on $250 cash bond.
* Anthony Ryan Perry, 2064 Buzzard Run Road, Pennsboro, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting, less than $500 and fleeing from an officer and released on $2,500 personal recognizance bond.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports July 21:
* Jesse Scott Books, 825 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and released on $500 bond.
* Anthony Eugene Dorset, 1200 11th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of no operator’s license, driving under the influence causing injury and DUI under 21 and was released on $10,000 bond.
* Amber Pauline Murphy, 98 Hickory St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on an obstruction warran. Bond was set at $100.
* Troy Eugene Lightfritz, 1008 Fifth St., Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of violating a domestic violence protective order and released on $2,500 bond.
* Kaylee Rae Smith, 2407 Kennedy Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a fleeing while DUI charge. Bond was set at $100,000.
* Anthony Nelson Wiggin Jr., 400 Mount Carmel Road, Walker, was arraigned on a charge of DUI less than 0.150 BAC and released on $500 bond.
* Maggie Lynn Miracle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and released on $500 bond.
* Andrew Patrick Lemasters, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a license revoked for DUI and no proof of insurance and was released on $1,000 bond.
* Zachery Michael Brown, 821 25th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of expired registration and improper passing and released on $500 bond.
* Devin Alexander Gregory, 3262 Shields Hill Road, Cairo, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. He pleaded guilty to shoplifting, assessed $201.48 and ordered to pay a civil penalty of $159.92 to the Vienna Walmart. He also pleaded guilty to trespassing and was assessed $186.48. A shoplifting charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* William Douglas Shaffer, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting, was sentenced to six months home confinement and assessed $176.48 with a civil penalty of $50 to the Vienna Walmart. An obstruction charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Nicholas Eugene Riddle, 1335 25th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to registration violation and expired insurance and assessed $567.96.
* Ryan Lynn Flanagan, 219 Beechwood Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $186.48.
* Ryan Jacob Weekley, 180 Sun St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $186.48.
* Logan Michael Dixon, 1064 Cedar Grove Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.
* Richard A. Conley, 119 W. Apple Blossom Way, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance and assessed $181.48. An expired registration charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.
* Kristy M. Seymour, 4862 Arbour Green Drive, Akron, pleaded guilty to speeding, 10 mph or less in excess on highway, and assessed $181.48.
* Garrett James Haught, 280 Forest Ave., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to DUI under 21, less than 0.08 BAC, and assessed $301.48. He was granted probation and deferral of the DUI conviction, but the deferral was not completed.
* Austin John Gabritsch, 1200 11th St., Apt. 2, Vienna, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of conspiracy to manufacture, deliver, possess with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance and the case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Shavannah Nichole Martin, 1670 Braun Road, Belpre, pleaded guilty to shoplifting, assessed $226.48 and a $281.80 civil penalty to the Vienna Walmart.
