PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports July 2:

* Jeffrey Richard Cox, Mineral Wells, had a domestic battery charge dismissed due to the alleged victim not wanting to pursue charges.

* Michael Randy Showalter, 130 Cross Creek Lane, Mineral Wells, had charges of speeding and DUI dismissed.

* Alex Lamar Sollberger, Latrobe Street Mission, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to four counts of battery on government representative, health care providers, utility workers, law enforcement and EMS and one count each of obstruction and public intoxication, was assessed $780.92 and sentenced to 90 days jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation on each battery count, to run concurrently, and ordered to undergo one year of treatment. He was also sentenced to 120 days jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation, to run concurrently. Under a plea agreement, two counts of failure to process/fingerprint and one count each of fleeing and pedestrian on roadway were dismissed.

* Timothy James Metz, 1044 Hadley Lane, Marietta, pleaded guilty to two counts of DUI, was assessed $361.48 and sentenced to eight hours jail as time served on each count. Charges of speeding and no proof of insurance were dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Paula Marie Bailey, Marietta, had a domestic battery charge dismissed.

* Bradley Allen Whitlatch, 706 Thomas St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to first-offense DUI and was assessed $351.48.

* Samantha Irene Baquero, 170 Dartmouth Drive NW, Port Charlotte, Fla., pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and was assessed $196.48. A charge of no insurance was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Carrie Deann Queen, 2835 Meadowview Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving under suspension and was assessed $416.48. A charge of no insurance was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Tina Pitts, 1806 ½ Seventh Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to truancy and was assessed $226.48.

* Julian Paul Brown, 1555 Blennerhassett Heights, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to inspection violation and was assessed $186.48. An expired registration charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Jerry Ray Shepard, 28 School St., Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to trespassing on a condemned structure and was assessed $201.48. An obstruction charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* William Michael Sims, 1115 E 12th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction and disorderly conduct and was assessed $487.96. A public intoxication charge was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Charles Allen Redmond, 1313 36th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to motor vehicle tampering and obstruction, was assessed $362.96 and was sentenced to 60 days jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation on each count, to run concurrently. A charge of refusal to fingerprint was dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Heather Lynn Stull, 907 34th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and first-offense shoplifting, was assessed $372.96 with a civil penalty to Vienna Walmart and sentenced to 90 days jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation.

* Craig Allen Waybright, 14 Emerald Drive, Davisville, pleaded guilty to striking fixtures on highway and was assessed $226.48. A charge of possession of an open alcoholic beverage in the passenger area was dismissed under a plea agreement. He also pleaded guilty to failure to report an accident and was assessed $276.48.

* Larry Wayne Foggin, 1118 Avery St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing on a placarded structure and was assessed $286.48.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports on July 3:

* Michael Randy Showalter, 130 Cross Creek Lane, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and was assessed $476.48.

* Hunter Lee Smith, no address listed, was arraigned on a fugitive from justice charge from Washington County and held without bond.

* Heather Michelle Gibson, 825 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of shoplifting and released on $1,000 bond.

* Jesse Howard Skidmore, 4204 Emerson Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of speeding, reckless driving and racing and was released on $1,500 bond.

* Larry Dean Wallace Jr., 1804 Covert St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of speeding, reckless driving and racing and released on $1,500 bond.

* Dean Leroy Phillips, 108 West Spring St., Marietta, was arraigned on charges of driving under the influence with drugs and transporting a controlled substance into jail. Bond was set at $12,500.

* Aaron Dustin Calebaugh, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic assault charge. Bond was set at $3,000.

* James Terry Lawson Jr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of second-offense failure to register, and bond was set at $20,000.

* Maliesha Dawn Sindledecker, 501 32nd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and was assessed $276.48.

* John Dewayne Fields Jr., 780 Hannaman Lane, Elizabeth, pleaded no contest to no valid fuel/IFTA decal and improper registration display and was assessed $452.96.

* Matthew James Morris, 70 Thorn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to failure to obey motor vehicle law and was assessed $181.48.

* Matthew Stephen Miller, 7563 Midland Road, Independence, Ohio, pleaded no contest to speeding in a construction zone and was assessed $236.48.

* Harry D. Robinson, 423 Phillips St., Apt. B, Marietta, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $181.48 in fines and court costs.

* Bailee Ann Payne, 8 Pine Valley Drive, Sissonville, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $186.48 in fines and court costs.

* Megan E. Bever, 2200 Hill St., Belpre, pleaded guilty to use of electronic device without hands-free equipment and was assessed $276.48.

* Monica Ann Crites, 816 Williams St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of trespassing and obstruction and released on $2,000 bond.

* Jesse Leon Kersey III, 1304 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting. Bond was set at $10,000.

* Charles Dyvonne Estes, no address listed, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and obstructing, and bond was set at $5,000.

* Carl Franklin Lott Jr., 2092 S. Pleasant Hill Road, Belleville, was arraigned on charges of DUI, reckless driving, leaving the scene, striking an unattended vehicle and no insurance and was released on $5,000 bond.

* Natasha Renee Kelsey, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and released on $3,000 bond.

* Destinee Joleen Hunt, Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery, battery, battery on a law enforcement officer, obstruction and brandishing and released on $10,000 bond.

* Katherine Kelly Louise Williams, 2113 45th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a third-offense driving under suspension charge and released on $1,000 bond.

* Bobby Lee Tincher, homeless, was arraigned on an obstruction charge. Bond was set at $500.

* Jason Scott Tinsley, no address listed, was arraigned on a fugitive from justice charge and held until bond could be set in Wood County Circuit Court.

* Joshua Thomas Hall, Sutton, W.Va., was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and bond was set at $3,000.

* Rebekah Rae Baker, 150 Happy Valley Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing and bond was set at $500.

* Eric Daniel Whitlach, 825 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a petit larceny charge and released on $1,500 bond.

* James David Vandale, 19 Eastlawn Road, Davisville, was arraigned on charges of driving under suspension for DUI, driving under suspension, expired registration and left of center and released on $2,500 bond.

* Danny Allen Reynolds, 905 East 12th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was assessed $186.48 and a civil penalty of $137.68 to Sheetz on Ann Street.

* Matthew David Norman, 1803 Myers Ave. Apt. A, Dunbar, pleaded guilty to failure to obey traffic signal and assessed $181.48.

* Cathy Sue McGee, 1060 Jericho Road, Waverly, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.

* Spencer W. Law, 1030 Quincy St. Apt. 2, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48.

* William Chase Lambert, 1506 Avery St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to traffic control device violation and assessed $181.48.

* Albert George Jones, 168 Boggess Run Road, Sandyville, pleaded guilty to speeding and assessed $181.48. An expired registration charge was dismissed after proof was shown.

* Kimberly Joyce Godbey, 713 Federal Road, Little Hocking, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, was assessed $176.48 and sentenced to one year of jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of theft of a rental vehicle was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Braylon Ray Parker, 244 W. Second St. Apt. 3C, Weston, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, was assessed $176.48 and sentenced to one year in jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation.

* Tammy Renee Carter, 231 Pleasant Colony Drive, Evans, pleaded guilty to first-offense DUI and obstruction, assessed $577.96 and sentenced to six months home confinement. Charges of DUI and no proof of insurance were dismissed under a plea agreement.

* Jason Matthew Toncray, 1530 Boggs Road, Stockport, pleaded guilty to obstruction, assessed $186.48 and sentenced to one year in jail suspended for one year of unsupervised release.

* Clifford Clinton Mayo III, 111 Wooster St., Marietta, waived a preliminary hearing on a false pretenses charge.

* Ronald Leonard Burke, 405B 13th St., Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a possession of a controlled substance.

* Frank Loren Wilt, 1710 31st St. Apt. 5, Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of threats of terroristic acts.
