PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on June 25:
* Samantha Rae Radcliff, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice.
* Harold Allan Stump, 413 8th St, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and held on $25,000 surety bond.
* Robert Joseph Brown, 1003 Tefft St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and held on $20,000 surety bond.
* Randall Lee Hupp II, 541 Sixth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no motorcycle endorsement on their license and passing in a no pass zone and released on $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Lester Leroy Parker III, 60 Wildoat Road, Davisville, was arraigned on charges of fishing without a license and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Austin Lane Kent, 323 Cline Lane, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of a registration violation, having defective equipment and reckless driving and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Nancee M. Cahill-Barney, 5865 Walker Road, Walker, was arraigned on charges of having expired registration and having no proof of insurance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Charles Gregory Whited, 314 9th 1/2 St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of reckless driving and a stop sign violation and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Colton James Tant, 1328 Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of trespassing, obstruction, failure to process and destruction of property and released on a $1,600 bond.
* Kyle Ray Swincy, 34088 Creck Rd, Dagsboro, Del., pleaded no contest to possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in the passenger area of a motor vehicle and fined $226.48.
* Kala Dawn Carson, 11068 Pond Creek Run Road, Rockport, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. She had a charge of expired registration dismissed after she provided proof to the court.
* Viola D Spaur, 2520 Meadowview Dr., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and having no seat belt on and fined $206.48.
* Abel Jacob Trujillo-Shears, 736 Hope Hill Road, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to having no seat belt on and fined $25. A charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate was dismissed after obtaining a valid MVI.
* Jeffrey E. Dershem, 1310 Oak St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and fined $25. A charge of having an expired driver’s license was dismissed after he provided proof of a valid license to the court.
