PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on June 10:

* Tyler James Francis, 1026 Ball School Road, Parkersburg. had charges of driving on a suspended license, operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and having no insurance dismissed with prejudice.

* Brandon Taylor Campbell, 45 Happy Valley Lane, Parkersburg, had a charge of a traffic control signal violation dismissed as part of a successful deferred sentence agreement.

* Tonia Dawn Westenfeld, 708 13th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 60 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed one one year of unsupervised probation with a credit of six days for time served.

* Randall Alan Horner II, 1000 Teft St., Parkersburg. had a preliminary hearing waived for two counts of wanton endangerment involving a firearm. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Joe Dean Ankrom, 1106 19th St., Parkersburg, had a charge of torture or killing an animal dismissed as there was insufficient evidence.

* George Nathan Cunningham, 3440 Third Ave., Parkersburg, had a charge of DUI less than .150 dismissed after a successful deferred sentence agreement.

* Gregory Allen Woolwine, 1314 North 14th St., Clarksburg, W.Va., pleaded guilty to brandishing deadly weapons, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months unsupervised probation.

* Kylie Jean Wynn, Vienna, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice.

* Matthew John Denning, 1503 Ninth St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to DUI in an impaired state, less than .15 BAC, and having no insurance, fined $727.96 and sentenced to one day in jail which was ruled as time served.

* Micaela Alvarez Vazquez, 2011 Washington Blvd., Belpre, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm and fined $226.48

* Johnna Nicole Sams, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice after the alleged victim failed to appear.

* Janie Marie Ross, 1210 Lockwood St. Apt B, Belpre, had charges of having no proof of insurance, having improper equipment and driving without a license dismissed.

* Nathan Andrew Hickman, 2104 42nd St., Parkersburg. pleaded guilty to battery of government representatives, health care providers, utility workers, law enforcement or EMS (three counts), obstruction with threats of harm, fined $639.44 and sentenced to three months of home confinement. Charges of battery of government representatives, health care providers, utility workers, law enforcement or EMS, indecent exposure and disorderly conduct were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Makenzie Renay Allman, 9 Campbell Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to failure to stop for a stop sign and fined $186.48.

* David Allen Calhoun, 235 Gladesville Road, Morgantown, W.Va., pleaded guilty to public intoxication and fined $181.48.

* Angela Jane Thompson, 1134 Lynn St. Apt. A, Parkersburg. pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and fined $25.

* Morgan Marie Francis, 1107 17th St., Parkersburg. pleaded no contest to trespassing and fined $276.48

* Curtis Franklin Rea, 1573 Williamstown Pike, Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of a domestic violence protection order violation and released on $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Aliyah Necole Jenkins, 1104 17th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of possession of fentanyl, obstruction, public intoxication second offense shoplifting (capias) and public intoxication (capias) and held on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Dakota Jack Leisure, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and held on a $2,500 cash bond.

* Larry Robert Koehler, 703 Locust St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing on foot and held on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Terry Allen Riley, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of violation of a protective order, domestic battery and released on $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
