PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on June 6-8:

* Taylor Alexis Lamp, 1833 Kesterson Ridge Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Jacob Russell Modesitt, 383 O’Dell Lane, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of grand larceny. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Malik Earl Lake, 1014 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or methamphetamine. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Ralph Edward Mahoney, 2502 Brooklyn Drive, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice as the alleged victim does not wish to pursue.

* Stephen Michael Arnold, 1056 Summit Road, Vienna, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice as the alleged victim or victims do not wish to pursue.

* Amie June Daversa, 391 Williby Farm Road, Princeton, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for six months of unsupervised probation with a credit for 10 days served. She was ordered to pay a $195.68 civil penalty to the Michael’s store in Parkersburg.

* Joshua Tyler Warrick, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Pa., on a charge of violating parole on a previous charge of fleeing from law enforcement. He was held for extradition.

* Krystal Sue Judge, 416 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Brian Edward Fickisen, 416 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Brandy Dawn Sartor, 3668 Buck Run Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting, less than $500; possession of a controlled substance without a prescription; and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Shannon Marie Reynolds, 1312 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction (false statement); shoplifting, less than $500; and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Ciara Lynae Elkins, 1517 17th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic assault and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Harold Ivan Brown, 1200 Cisler Drive, Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of petit larceny and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Laurence Dwaine Lower, 28 South Park Villa, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Joshua Wayne Bee, 485 Miller Ridge Road, Davisville, was arraigned on charges of driving on a revoked license for DUI and second-offense driving while impaired and released on a $4,000 surety bond.

* Michael Dwaine Mosley, 1226 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving while impaired, battery of a police officer (four counts), assault of a police officer, failure to maintain control, duty upon striking fixture, leaving the scene of an accident and held on a $12,500 bond.

* Scott Robert Hickman, 15 Little Kanawha River Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of violation of a domestic violence protective order, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Lori Ann Spencer, 1314 Covert St., Apt. #8, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license, DUI, possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and obstruction and held on $3,500 surety bond.

* Garon Brooks Lowry, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a domestic violence protective order and held on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Jessica Renee Davisson, 905 14th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on 14 counts of fraudulent use of a credit card and released on a $7,000 surety bond.

* Tyler Shane Cooper, 1022 Avery St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fleeing from an officer in a vehicle with reckless indifference and released on a $7,500 surety bond

* Austin Russell Ash, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of malicious assault and held on a $200,000 surety bond.

* Tiffany Rene Jameson, 1007 Oak Grove Road, Waverly, was arraigned on charges of falsifying evidence and forgery of a title/registration and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Billy Joe Taylor, 23 Swisher Lane, Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving on a revoked license for DUI and having no insurance and released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Dylan Wayne McGee, 2407 Belmont Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Joshua Adam Dever, 917 17th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and held on a $25,000 surety bond.

* Jeremy Randall Adkins, 5107 Orchard Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of malicious assault (two counts), kidnapping and attempt to commit a felony and was held on no bond.

* Desmen Roy Kenlock, 1 Camelot Drive, Apt. 3, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of brandishing and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Wilbert F. Kelley Jr., 1005 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Rebecca Ann Mowery, 4407 11th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of petit larceny and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Hunter Leigh Hutson, 705 Hall St., Apt. 7, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction (false statement) and shoplifting, less than $500, and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Tyler James Hafner, 240 Hill Crest Drive, Apt. 58, Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of driving while impaired and held on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Joshua Raymond King, 672 Sherwood Forest Drive, Belleville, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a revoked license for DUI and released on a $10,000 surety bond.

* Joshua Eric Allan, 1004 27th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $1,500 surety bond.
