PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on May 27:

* Tiffany Nicole Snyder, 1129 Little Kanawha River Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fleeing from a police officer, trespassing, fined $352.96 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. Charges of obstruction and trespassing were dismissed per a plea agreement.

* Nathaniel Patrick Woicinski II, 1031 Laird Ave., Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed.

* Kadri Kizilaslan, 3408 Elm St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Falecia Dawn Paulk, 4104 16th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting (two counts) and trespassing and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

** John Jason Blevins, 1216 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Brandon Elam, 155 Warren Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of worthless check and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Kaylee Marie Gibbs, 2515 Washington Blvd., Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Danielle Sue Kuhens, 2515 Washington Blvd, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jaclyn Virginia Caldwell, 713 Boso Ave., Ravenswood, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Samuel Christopher Womack, 2607 Division St. Ext., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and held on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Tracy Leanne Selvey, 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Dakota Lewis Wagoner, 2600 10th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of assault of a police officer (two counts) and obstruction and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Britnie Ellen Sharp, 145 Chateau Hills, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no operator’s license and fined $186.48. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed after proof was provided to the court.

* Shannon Lea Hartshorn, 49 Benson Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and fined $25. A charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate was dismissed after proof was presented to the court.

* Tyler W. Haislep, 4435 14th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license and fined $276.48. A charge of expired registration was dismissed after proof was presented to the court.

* Lydia Corrine Miller, 1470 Sun Valley Road, Washington, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $186.48.

* Thomas William Stull, 936 Taylor Road, New Matamoras, pleaded guilty to speeding, 10 mph or less in excess on highway, reduced to 59 mph in a 45 mph zone.

* Heather Sierra Hollingsworth, 1725 20th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in the passenger area of a motor vehicle and fined $226.48.
