PARKERSBURG — A release from the Wood County Sheriff’s Office said following an investigation by Detectives LR Board and NC Forshey, Clayton A. Blackwell, date of birth 05-27-81 of Wood County, was arrested on two felony charges resulting from the sexual abuse of a juvenile.

The release said Blackwell was arraigned in Wood County Magistrate Court and placed on a $200,000.00 bond.
