PARKERSBURG -- The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on April 15:

* Allison Marie Hoover, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $500 surety bond.

* Johnny Lee Bell, 1607 19th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (four counts) (meth and fentanyl) and held on $250,000 surety bond.

* Amber Dawn Perry Fluharty, 911 1/2 Mary St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of conspiracy and released on $20,000 bond.

* Natasha Katherine Dunn, 1421 19th St. Apt 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Ohio on a probation violation. She was held on no bond. She was also arraigned on a charge of conspiracy and held on $15,000 surety bond.

* Grace Anne Keaffaber, 911 1/2 Mary St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of conspiracy and held on $20,000 surety bond.

* Auston Gaige Crouch, 2212 36th St. Apt T, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license and released on $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Nevin Anthony Clark, 1101 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and third-offense driving on a suspended license and held on $5,000 cash and surety bonds.

* Aaron Michael Rogers, 83 Watson Lane, Belpre, was arraigned on charges of failure to maintain control and reckless driving and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Brooke Marie Davis, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Bernard Tonyo Spann, 612 9th St., Marietta, was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and going left of center and released on $500 personal recognizance bond.

* William Jackson Moran, 913 15th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of shoplifting and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Susie Ray Testerman, 504 34th St., Apt 2, Vienna, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription.

* Stephany Lynn Anderson, 601 Barelay St. Lot 10, Belpre, had a charge of receiving or transferring stolen goods, bringing stolen goods into the state and obstruction with threats of harm dismissed as the alleged victim does not wish to prosecute.

* Brandon Paul Hayes, 2700 Sand Hill Road, Reno, pleaded guilty to second offense driving on a suspended license, having no insurance and hit and run with bodily injury and fined $929.44. A charge of improper registration was dismissed.

* Carly Jane Kaptis, 2717 25th St., Parkersburg, had a charge of having no insurance dismissed after proof was presented to the court.

* Raymond Michael Adkins, 1601 16th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of breaking and entering. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Benjamin Norman Elder Jr., 602 Mcgill Road, Vincent, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of fleeing while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

* Destiny Dawn Jones, 1014 1/2 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.

* Armicha Kim Palmer, 716 Crooks Ave., Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to speeding (82 mph in a 65 mph zone) and fined $186.48.

* Jackie L. Conant III, 1503 Goose Run Road, Marietta, pleaded guilty to bringing a controlled substance on an access site and fined $196.48.

* Michelle Carol Bennett, 320 Central St., New Martinsville, W.Va., pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and failure to maintain control and fined $477.96
