Washington County Grand Jury indicts 24

MARIETTA — The Washington County Grand Jury indicted a Marietta man for inducing panic, trespassing and aggravated menacing charges Wednesday.
John D. Pugh, 45, was charged with one count of inducing panic, a fourth-degree felony, one count of criminal trespass, a fourth-degree misdemeanor, and one count of aggravated menacing, a first-degree misdemeanor.
On April 1, Pugh was charged with criminal trespass at the Huntington Bank located at 326 Third St. in Marietta. At the same location he was also charged with inducing panic which caused the evacuation, threatening or serious inconvenience of a public space. The aggravated menacing charge was a result of bystanders believing he was going to cause harm to the people and property involved.
The grand jury also indicted 23 other defendants Wednesday including:
* Kalem Miles Casto, 36, 127 Dunsinane Drive, Parkersburg; one count of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony, and one count of misdemeanor theft, a first-degree misdemeanor, from November 2024.
* Aimee B. Wamsley, 36, 83 Veto Road, Little Hocking; one count of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony, and one count of misdemeanor theft, a first-degree misdemeanor, from November 2024.
* Dillon Gage Anderson, 30, 10334 Veto Road, Belpre; one count of vandalism and two counts of tampering with coin machines, all fifth-degree felonies, from December 2024 to January 2025.
* Briana Nicole Hesse, 22, 2987 Dutch Ridge Road, Apartment 23, Parkersburg; one count of vandalism and two counts of tampering with coin machines, all fifth-degree felonies, from December 2024 to January 2025.
* John D. Pugh, 45, 128 Franklin St., Marietta; one count of inducing panic, a fourth-degree felony, one count of criminal trespass, a fourth-degree misdemeanor, and one count of aggravated menacing, a first-degree misdemeanor, from April 1.
* Joseph Franklin Wells Jr., 34, 200 Pennock St., Lot 44, Beverly; one count of forgery, a fifth-degree felony, and one count each of tampering with evidence and tampering with records, both third-degree felonies, from March 3.
* Anthony J. Robertson, 28, 4908 Coolridge Court, Raleigh, N.C.; one count of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony, and one count of receiving proceeds of an offense subject to forfeiture proceedings, a fifth-degree felony, from December 2021.
* Robert L. McDonald, 30, 11214 Eighth Ave., Apartment B6, Tacoma, Wash.; one count of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony, from February 2021.
* Tavion T. Radcliff, 27, 5234 Russell Topton Road, Toomsuba, Miss.; one count of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony, from February 2021.
* Daryl R. Lichtenwalter, 44, 1617 Fredrick Avenue, Canton, Ohio; one count of illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse on grounds of a specified governmental facility, a third-degree felony, and one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from September 2023.
* James Ryan Andrews, 39, 957 Gantsville Road, Little Hocking; two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies, and one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, from March 18.
* Troy Eugene McKown, 42, 37348 Wagner Road, Dexter City, Ohio; one count of having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony, and one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from Feb. 18.
* Denise Barron, 56, 731 W. Morgan Road, Jefferson, Ohio; one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from October 2024.
* Mitchell Allen Edwards, 43, 851 Eli Locust Road, Washington, W.Va.; one count of aggravated possession of drugs and one count of aggravated trafficking in drugs, both second-degree felonies, and one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, from Jan. 27.
* Ariel Gabrielle Rhea, 30, 1038 ½ Woodville Road, Mansfield, Ohio; one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony, and one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, from Jan. 27.
* Desiree Chantal Sotelo-Camacho, 28, 208 River St., Yorkville, Ill.; three counts of illegal processing of drug documents, two fifth-degree felonies and one fourth-degree felony; three counts of deception to obtain a dangerous drug, two fifth-degree felonies and one fourth-degree felony’ and one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from August 2024.
* Harold Nelson Joy, 60, 165 Starlite Drive, Lot 30, Marietta; one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from June 2023.
* Anthony Cameron Williams, 51, 26935 State Route 7, Apartment 6C, Marietta; one count of failure to provide notice of change of address, one count of failure to register, and one count of failure to verify address, all third-degree felonies, from September 2024.
* Robert Wyatt Oliver, 22, 230 Harris Street, Newport; one count of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony, from May 2022.
* Hunter Lee Smith, 28, 1011 18th St., Parkersburg; one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from October 2024.
* Robert Ray McNemar, 39, 1011 18th St., Parkersburg; one count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony, from October 2024.
* Niaire Danali Clipper, 21, 5257 Fairland Road, Norton, Ohio; one count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound and one count of trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, both first-degree felonies, from March 19.
* Timothy Antoine Dortch, 19, 636 Hallie Avenue, Akron, Ohio; one count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound and one count of trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, both first-degree felonies, from March 19.
