Washington County Grand Jury indicts 15 on drug charges

MARIETTA — A Washington County Grand Jury indicted 15 people Tuesday for charges including aggravated possession of drugs, possession of a fentanyl-related drug compound, trafficking in a fentanyl-related drug compound and more.
Those indicted include:
* Nicole Marie Goodman, 41, 341 Tadpole Run Road, Belpre, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from June 2024.
* Eric Gordon Pangle, 55, last known address 16762 Altavista Ave., Caldwell, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from May 2024.
* Michael Lee Nichols, 26, 10492 Veto Road, Belpre, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from June 2024.
* Lisa Marie Joy, 50, homeless, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and littering, a third-degree misdemeanor, from October 2024.
* Joanne Louise Savage, 41, 150 Camelot Road, Lot 13, Belpre, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from Feb. 18.
* Johnathan Stpehen Burke, 25, 805 Quarry St., Marietta, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from November 2024.
* Larry Travis Lang Jr., 45, 3701 Plum Run Road, Waterford, possession of a fentanyl-related compound and aggravated possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies, from September 2024.
* Belinda Arlene Whitehair, 55, 1683 Darnold Road, Vincent, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from August 2024.
* Co-defendants Stacey Ann McKinley, 49, 309 Calder Ridge Road, Belpre; Jeffrey Noel McKinley, 53, same address; Timothy Noel McKinley, 27, same address; and Gayle Marie Allen, 23, 186 Dawes Circle, Marietta, were individually indicted. Stacey McKinley was charged with permitting drug abuse, a fifth-degree felony; Jeffrey McKinley was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; Timothy McKinley was charged with aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, and tampering with evidence, all three third-degree felonies, as well as trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound and possession of a fentanyl-related compound, both fourth-degree felonies; Allen was charged with tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, all from November 2022.
* Zachory Darrell Burdette, 34, 228 Pike St., Apt. C, Marietta, was charged with possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony, from December 2023.
* Co-defendants Maria Teresa Rutherford, 41, 31887 County Road 15, Lower Salem, and Brandon Kyle Rutherford, 37, same address, were both charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from November 2024. Brandon Rutherford, in a separate case, was also charged with possession of drugs, a first-degree misdemeanor, from October 2024 and tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, from April 2025.
