VIENNA — The Vienna Police Department released the following reports Feb. 6:

Jan. 27

* Taylor B. Stansberry of Parkersburg was arrested on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and warrants.

Jan. 30

* Scottie A. Vanover of Charleston was arrested on a charge of third-offense shoplifting.

Feb. 2

* Kelsey F. Sampson of Waterford was arrested for bond violation.

Feb. 3

* Christopher P. Cunningham of Vienna was arrested on warrants for solicitation to commit felony crime of violence.

Feb. 4

* Cassidy D. Means-Harlow of Scott Depot, W.Va., was arrested on charges of first-offense shoplifting and trespassing and a domestic battery warrant.
