PARKERSBURG -- The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court March 21-23:

* Samantha Danielle Crouch, 1005 Lynn St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of forgery/uttering. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Tiffanie Renee Perry, 80 Ruby Road, Ravenswood, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license, having expired MVI and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Cody Von Arlan Estep, 1703 Avery St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Timothy Paul Battin, 19 Stone Gate Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $4,000 surety bond.

* Troy Eugene Lightfritz, 909 Front St., Marietta, was arraigned on charges of DUI (drugs) and possession of a controlled substance and released on $4,000 surety bond.

* Frank Miller IV, 170 Old US 50 Road, Walker, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $3,000 surety bond.

* Kelsey Nicole Ball, 810 Grandview St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of aggravated DUI and released on a $4,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Ronald Wayne Byers, 506 Hawthorne St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving while impaired (drugs), third-offense driving on a suspended license and obstructing an officer and released on $2,500 cash bond.

* Zulma M Molinary, 1103 18th St., Apt. B2, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $3,000 surety bond.

* Heather Dawn Lucas, 907A Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violating a domestic violence protection order and released on $30,000 bond

* Mark Stephen Clendenin, 3003 City View Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of speeding and having no insurance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Hannah Nicole Brannon, 512 Fifth Ave, Parkersburg, was arraigned on second-offense shoplifting and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Zachary Richard Mumford, 2505 Broadway Ave. Ext., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting and two counts of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $4,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Chelsea Kathleen Doonan, 710 Grandview St. Apt A., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and unlawful restraint and released on $10,000 surety bond.

* Lee Kendall Mullins, 1424 Rector Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of petit larceny and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Cory Ray Patterson, 1502 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of battery and destruction of property and released on a $4,000 surety bond.

* Cody Ray Slaughter, 395 Yoho Lane, Proctor, was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Kacey Dawn Thorn, 1614 24th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Joseph Steven Nester, 1 Lois Lane, Greenwood, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of soliciting a minor via computer and held on a $300,000 surety bond with home confinement as part of the bond..

* Cheryl Johnson-Ethington, 905 Pinewood Drive, Dunbar, was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent schemes and released on $1,000 cash bond.

* William Robert Saye, PO Box 688, Coal City, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of being an inmate in possession of a weapon or illegal material and held without bond.

* Sherry Lynn Johnson, 815 Main St., Racine, was arraigned on charges of three counts of shoplifting, obstructing an officer and being a fugitive from justice from Meigs County on a charge of failure to appear. She was held without bond until a hearing was hel in Wood County Circuit Court.

* Terry Lee Hailey, 50716 Osborne Rood, Reedsville, pleaded guilty to obstructing DNR and fined $226.48

* Rocky Lee Bowman, 1093 Newhaven Road, Mount Alto, W.Va., pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and fined $382.96.

* Bradley Edward Bailey, 1021 Dutchman Ridge Road, Macfarlan, pleaded guilty to speeding (74 mph in a 70 mph zone).

PARKERSBURG -- The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on March 24:

* Lakisha Marie Bigler, 1005 Lynn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to cruelty to animals, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail with a credit of 11 days for time served.

* Joel Timothy Blair, 175 Watson Lane, Belpre, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48. Charges of reckless driving and no registration were dismissed following a successful deferred sentence agreement.

* Kevin Lee Mays, 6 Wills St., Mineral Wells, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice after the alleged victim did not want to pursue.

* Raymond Floyd Goodwin II, 1006 Swann St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation with a credit of 10 days for time served.

* Joshua Allen Countryman, 2927 East Mound St., Columbus, had charges of accidents involving damage to a vehicle and failure to maintain control dismissed as the arresting deputy is no longer with the Wood County Sheriff's Department and no longer in West Virginia.

* Stormy Alyson Estep, 105 Olive St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, battery of a police officer, obstruction and disorderly conduct and released on a $4,000 surety bond.

* Martin Gale Collins II, 1312 21st St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of stalking, disorderly conduct and obstruction and released on a $5,500 surety bond.

* Jabhree Elijahdel Sheppard, 4413 Ninth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving on a suspended license and having no insurance and released on bond.

* Makayla Elizabeth Riddell, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Alleghany County, Virginia on a charge of violating the terms and conditions of her probation. She was held without bond.

* Austin Shane Wilson, 196 Viscose Road, Pettyville, was arraigned on a charge of burning during prohibited hours and failure to have a safety strip and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Gary Dwane Wood, 411 Elder St., Apt. 10, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Adam Chase Fuller, 2821 Emerson Ave. Apt. 28, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Kenneth James Moore, 2314 Clement Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction, fleeing, trespassing in a placarded structure and held on $5,000 surety bond.

* Johnna Nicole Sams, 1326 Myrtle St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and held on $20,000 surety bond.

* Jason B. Barker, 164 Mineral Park Lane, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to no seat belts and fined $25. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed.

* Joseph K. Harrigan, 5039 Fox Haven Dr., Medina, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.

* Tammy J. Varner, 5 Eighth Ave., Lot 26, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48.

* Tiffany Boyd-Layton, 219 Scott Hollow Road, Charleston, pleaded guilty to speeding, driving on a suspended license, operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $457.96

PARKERSBURG -- The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on March 25:

* Chester Frederick Carmack, 1121 East 12th St., Parkersburg, had charges of no operator's license and no proof of insurance dismissed after he submitted proof to the court.

* Patience Nicole Baker, 943 Swann St., Parkersburg, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed following a successful deferred sentence agreement. A charge of driving on a suspended license was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Tiffany Marie Full, 1050 Laird Ave., Parkersburg, had a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license dismissed following a successful deferred sentence agreement.

* Shane Andrew Salyers, c/o 17 Millbrook Drive, Parkersburg, had a charge of battery dismissed following a successful deferred sentence agreement.

* Rex Franklin Hutson Jr., 527 13 1/2 St., Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to reckless driving (no bodily injury), driving on a suspended license, fined $462.96 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation with a credit of one day served.

* Simon Thomas Noecker, 332 Hog Trail Road, Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to driving on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation.

* Matthew Leonard Griffin, 585 Slate Creek Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to destruction of property, fined $450.64 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation.

* Joshua Michael Conger II, 706 1/2 7th St. (above Uncle Mike's), Parkersburg, had charges of stalking, harassment and nine counts of violating a protective order dismissed as the state does not have enough evidence to secure a conviction.

* Joclyn M. McGary, 2206 26th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. McGary had charges of having no insurance and no registration dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Daniel Lee Frame, c/o 713 29th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of third-offense domestic battery. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Ezra Eugene Foster Jr., 1031 32nd St., Vienna, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Lawrence Wayne Stanley,1198 Joshua Fork Road, Rockport, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48.

* Dale Shannon Corder, 65 Blackberry Way, Elizabeth, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Jason William May, 295 Dempsie Ave, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a license suspended for DUI and having no insurance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Brianna Lynn Hall, 432 North Fifth St., Cambridge, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and fleeing on foot from the police and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Gary Daniel Jones, 1401 Wilson St., St. Marys, was arraigned on charges of driving impaired, speeding and released on $1,500 surety bond.

* Michael Virgil Naylor II, 1632 1/2 Ridgeway Ave., Parkersburg, petit larceny and destruction of property and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Tony Lee Wright Jr., 3603 Sixth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Adam Matthew Smith, 1106 26th St., Apt. 7, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of battery and disorderly conduct and released on a $4,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Natasha Joyce Black, 11058 Pond Creek Road, Rockport, was arraigned on two counts of child neglect creating a risk of injury and held on $100,000 surety bond.

* Steven Paul Black, 11058 Pond Creek Road, Rockport, was arraigned on two counts of child neglect creating a risk of injury and held on $100,000 surety bond.

* Camden Richard Hawkins, 813 55th St., Vienna, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $186.48.

* Justin Tyler Kaneff, 3411 12th Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to speeding (100 mph in a 70 mph zone) and fined $226.48.

* Freddie Eugene Massey II, 1507 30th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to no seat belt and fined $25.

* Coy David Brown, 1145 Swann St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48. He also pleaded guilty to no seat belt and fined $25. A charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed after proof was presented to the court.
