PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on March 7-9:
* Trenton Lee Varner, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice following a statement from the alleged victim.
* Brandon James Kerns, 810 23rd St., Vienna, had probable cause found on two counts of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth and manufacture, deliver or possession with intent to deliver a Schedule I, II, or III controlled substance. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Jeffrey A Stanley, 76 Barrett South Road, Vincent, pleaded guilty to speed limitations and fined $186.48.
* Mark Edward Epler, 34 White Oak Run Road, Walker, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of wanton endangerment with a firearm.
* Jordan Abbott Smith, 689 Maple St., Davisville, had a charge of unlawful restraint dismissed without prejudice.
* Jadyn Franeesca Placchetti, 4009 Lincoln St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no registration and fined $181.48. A charge of having no insurance dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Samantha Jo Hornbeck, 2613 1/2 9th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm and fined $226.48.n She also pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 60 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation with a credit of eight days for time served. She was ordered to pay a $227.04 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Parkersburg.
* Channing Roman Greenleaf, 2920 Kilburne Ave., Columbus, was arraigned on a charge of failure to render aid and held on $100,000 bond.
* Robert Nevonicus Aguilar, 720 29th St. Apt. 31, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fraud in relation to an access device and released on $1,000 surety bond.
* Matthew Duke Saunders, 1005 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fraud in relation to an access device and released on $1,000 surety bond.
* Ronald Anthony Brown, 9 Witherspoon Court, Falling Waters, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of possession of fentanyl with intent to deliver and being a prohibited person in possession of a concealed firearm and held on $250,000 surety bond.
* April Michelle Trippett, 820 Lenore St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with intent to deliver and held on $150,000 surety bond.
* James Rusty Wallace, Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery, domestic assault and two counts of fleeing on foot and held on $2,000 surety bond.
* Kasie L Starcher, 1007 12th St. Apt 3, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of having expired registration and expired MVI and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Nathan Andrew Ford, 1047 Stephens Fork Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of speeding (68 mph in a 50 mph zone) and released on $100 personal recognizance bond.
* Dakota Ray Brannon, 149 Circle Ave., Spencer, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Nevin Anthony Clark, 1101 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no MVI, third-offense driving on a suspended license and giving false information to DNR and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bond.
* Chanda Jo Ocurran, 179 Lubeck Road Apt. 21, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and having an expired OLN and was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Sueforaha Dalania Patton, 131 Ryanwood Village, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no operator’s license, a seat belt violation and driving on a suspended license and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Margaret Jane Roe, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $500 surety bond.
* Nia Marie Robinson, C/O 13605 North Peach Ridge Road, Athens, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of obstructing, disorderly conduct, second-offense trespassing and failure to process and held on $2,000 surety bond.
* William Cody Snyder, 3625 Packard St. Apt. 48, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct, obstructing, fleeing on foot and failure to process and released on $2,500 surety bond.
* Nicole Dawn Wiseman, 712 30th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl) and released on $1,000 surety bond.
* Shurdon Henry Jerico Groves, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and obstruction and held on $1,000 surety bond.
* Robert Lee Davis, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $500 surety bond.
* Steven Micheal Eddy, 1545 Pumpkin Knob Road, Waverly, pleaded guilty to speeding in a construction zone and fined $196.48. He had a charge of having no proof of insurance dismissed.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on March 10:
* Robert Franklin Patrick, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $500 surety bond.
* Joseph Trey Nicholson, 3507 Plum St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Samantha Danielle Crouch, 1005 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of forgery/uttering and held on $3,000 surety bond.
* Eric Leon Parkins, 1900 Stevens St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver “meth,” possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (fentanyl) and being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and held on $75,000 surety bond.
* Rodney Quartez Monroe, No Address Given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice from Baltimore County in Maryland on a charge of conspiring to distribute a controlled substance. He was held without bond until a hearing in Wood County Circuit Court.
* Richard Casey Collins, No Address Given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice from Washington County, Ohio, for failure to appear for possession of a fentanyl related compound. He was held without bond until a hearing in Wood County Circuit Court. He was also arraigned for being a fugitive from justice out of Belmont County, Ohio, on a warrant for aggravated possession of drugs, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and possession of a fentanyl related compound. He was held without bond until a hearing in Wood County Circuit Court.
* Trina Ray Toncray, 602 Crescent St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and having no insurance and released on $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Richard Casey Collins, 2803 11th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and fleeing from an officer and held on $3,000 surety bond.
* Sara Renea Givens, 326 Mineral Manor Way, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (meth) and released on $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Paul Anthony Welch, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 60 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He also pleaded guilty to violation of a protection order, fined $426.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He had a charge of domestic assault dismissed.
* Jason L. Hart, 1237 22nd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fleeing from law enforcement, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 10 days in jail which was ruled as time served. A charge of obstruction with threats of harm was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Cassidy Danielle Means-Harlow, 77 Cannan Dr., Scott Depot, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $286.48. She was ordered to pay a $100.72 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna. A charge of trespassing was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Nakita Cheyenne Merinar, 805 Spruce Fork Road, Buckhannon, had a charge of shoplifting dismissed. The case is 11 years old and the sole witness no longer works at Walmart.
* Jessica Meredith, 1108 Anne St., Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation for one year.
* Alexander M Conaway, 4107 8th Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to furnishing beer to someone under 21 and fined $226.48.
