PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on April 4-6:
* John Dennis Philpott, 1409 St Marys Ave, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Matthew Wayne Rosier, 710 Front St., Marietta, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Maranda Konstance Davis, 2411 Kildare St., Huntsville, Ala., pleaded guilty to speed limitations and driving on a suspended operator’s license and fined $667.96. She had charges of driving while a license was revoked for DUI and having no proof of insurance dismissed as part of a plea deal.
* Maria Teresa Rutherford, 31887 County Road 15, Lower Salem, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Garrett Michael McComas, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $3,000 surety bond.
* Timothy James Metz, 1044 Hadley Lane, Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of DUI and released on a $3,000 surety bond.
* John Michael Sadler Jr., 4251 Williamstown Pike Apt. 212, Williamstown, was arraigned on driving on a suspended license for DUI and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Ryan Thomas Clifton, 528 Ridgeway Ave., Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of aggravated DUI and released on $5,000 surety bond.
* Sarah R. Leasure, 1199 Pettyville Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of having expired MVI and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Amber Joanne Howard, 606 Division St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense shoplifting and second-offense shoplifting (warrant) and released on $3,000 surety bond.
* Benjamin Norman Elder Jr., 602 McGill Road, Vincent, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing DUI and held on $200,000 surety bond.
* Michael Stephen May, PO Box 138, Roderfield, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on a $500 bond.
* Joseph Jack Burdette II, Davisville, was arraigned on charges of destruction of property, assault and second-offense domestic assault and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Christina Parsons, 3158 Middle Island Creek Road, St. Marys, was arraigned on a charge of worthless check and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* David Thomas Modesitt, 1016 19th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and a red light violation and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Shanah Jade Burke, 1614 Staves Branch Road, Fraziers Bottom, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving on a suspended license, failure to maintain control, having no proof of insurance and having no registration and held on a $2,000 cash bond.
* Kylie Jean Wynn, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Tyler Martin Andermanis, 831 Quincy St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of an open dump prohibition violation and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Colton Dale Poole, 701 33rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of second-offense shoplifting (warrant) and released on $3,000 surety bond.
* Timothy David Graham, 15 Tims Lane, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of assault (warrant) and destruction of property (warrant) and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Jonathan Eugene Farnsworth, 606 Division St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on $3,000 surety bond.
* Chance Edward Kelly, 1800 Rayon Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting (warrant) and held on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Ernest Bill Vandal, 33 Atkinson Road, Walker, was arraigned on a charge of DUI causing death and released on $100,000 surety bond.
* Raymond Michael Adkins, 2601 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering and held on $10,000 surety bond.
* Rasheed Saleem Ziyad, 15611 Edgewood Ave., Maple Heights, Ohio, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $196.48.
* Raymond Russell Genger, 3202 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and no registration and fined $457.96.
* Gregory Allen Spence, 61st St., Clendenin, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and fined $276.48.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on April 7:
* Maria Dennice Lemus, 1455 Harris Hwy, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to selling and/or furnishing beer to someone under 21 and fined $226.48.
* Tyler James Francis, 1026 Ball School Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license (two counts), having no proof of insurance, having no insurance and having expired MVI and released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond.
* Zachary Alexander Nicholas, 2814 11th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of DUI (less than .150) and obstruction and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Jeffrey Allen Harbison, 2106 17th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
* Evan Matthew Johnson, 259 Spring Hill Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of aggravated DUI and released on a $500 surety bond.
* Liam Z. Tidd, 26965 Ridge Road, Coolville, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a suspended license and released on $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Jamie Leigh Freeland, 941 Greathouse Road, Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of willful disruption of government process and obstruction and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Julie Nicole Fields, 21 Royal Gardens Court Ste 1, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Nathaniel David Randolph, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and failure to process and fined $477.96.
* Margaret Jane Roe, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on six months of unsupervised probation.
* Brian Marcellus Leisure, PO Box 233, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without valid prescription, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail and placed on one year of unsupervised probation.
* Dante Bryce Owens, 39 Leonard St., Grafton, W.Va., pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Raymond Anthony Denuzzo, 92 Camden Hill Heights, Sutton, W.Va., pleaded guilty to DUI, possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and leaving the scene of an accident with vehicle damage, fined $824.44 and sentenced to five days in jail which was ruled as time served and 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.
* Charrus Edward Drummond, C/O 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 60 days in jail.
* Marcus Edward Adams, 2805 Birch St. Lot #31, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to DUI in an impaired state, fined $361.48 and sentenced to four hours in jail.
* Sharon Elizabeth Moore, 5432 Schoolhouse Road Apt. 1, Belpre, pleaded guilty to DUI and fined $351.48.
* Zackary Michael McDonald, 6 Woodland Park Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding (84 mph in a 70 mph zone) and fined $206.48.
* Kasie L Starcher, 1007 12th St. Apt. 3, Vienna, had charges of expired registration and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate dismissed.
* Torrie Brielle Grose, 1031 32nd St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on April 8:
* Kevin Lemar LeGrand, 1211 10th St., Vienna, pleaded no contest to shoplifting and fined $201.48. He was ordered to pay a $483.48 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna.
* Steele Morris Falcon, c/o P.O. Box 431363, Big Pine Key, Fla., pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $201.48. He was ordered to pay a $475.04 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna. He had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Chad Michael Lee, 11 Harvey St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having expired registration and fined $186.48.
* Chadwick Nathaniel Miles, 708 Front St. Apt. 15, Marietta, had a charge of DUI dismissed without prejudice.
* Ralph Edward Mahoney, 2502 Brooklyn Drive, Parkersburg, had a charge of having no operator’s license dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Mellissa Diane Stevens, 1119 13th St. (Downstairs Apartment), Parkersburg, had a charge of driving on a suspended license for DUI dismissed without prejudice as the report was not completed to establish probable cause. A charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate was dismissed.
* Ralph Edward Mahoney, 2502 Brooklyn Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license for DUI and possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $352.96 and sentenced to 60 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation.
* David Allen Rexroad, 4809 Emerson Ave. Apt. C, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Larry Michael Snider, 39 Stump Drive, Sutton, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Brittany Nicole Cottrill, 1011 18th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Kimberly Jo Bills, 1509 Left Fork Buck Run Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of expired MVI and expired registration and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* James Jeremy Weltner, 1629 Badgley Fork Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of second-offense shoplifting, trespassing, trespassing in a placarded structure and obstruction of an officer and held on a $3,500 surety bond.
* Steele Morris Falcon, 713 Neal St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of protective orders and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Eric Anthony Landron, 1901 Seventh Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing in a placarded structure and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
