First responders remove debris, including a pile of clothing, from the scene of an accident at the intersection of Emerson Avenue and Ashby Ridge Road Sunday that claimed the life of one individual. The release said along with the sheriff’s office, the Waverly Fire Department and Camden Clark EMS also responded to the motor vehicle accident involving an SUV and motorcycle. The release said the driver of the motorcycle is deceased while the driver of the SUV was transported to Camden Clark Medical Center for injuries sustained in the collision.
