Parkersburg Task Force makes drug arrests

PARKERSBURG — Four people were arrested Tuesday after an investigation into a suspected drug-trafficking organization operating in the area, the Parkersburg Violent Crime and Narcotics Task Force said.

The Task Force, assisted by the Parkersburg Police Department SWAT team served three search warrants at 1607 19th St.; 1421 19th St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg; and 1419 19th St., Apt. R. Agents found about 1.6 pounds of suspected methamphetamine, about 96 grams of suspected fentanyl, about 23 grams of suspected crack cocaine, a handgun and a large amount of money, the Task Force said.

Arrested were:

* Johnny Lee Bell, 51, Detroit, charged with one count of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, one count of possession with intent to deliver cocaine, one count of possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, one count of delivery of fentanyl and one count of drug conspiracy. Bond was set at $250,000 surety.

* Natasha Dunn, 35, Parkersburg, charged with one count of drug conspiracy. Bond was set at $15,000 surety.

* Amber Perry-Fluharty, 38, Parkersburg, charged with one count drug conspiracy. Bond was set at $20,000 surety.

* Grace Keaffaber, 37, Parkersburg, charged with one count of drug conspiracy. Bond was set at $20,000 surety.

More arrests are expected in the future regarding this case, theTask Force said.

The Task Force is composed of investigators from the Parkersburg Police Department, Wood County Sheriff’s Office, Vienna Police Department, Williamstown Police Department and the West Virginia State Police.
