PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Feb 28-March 2

* Rebekah Rae Baker, 150 Happy Valley Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing on March 2. Bail has been posted.

* Hunter Matthew Reese, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a citation for domestic battery and posted a $2,000 surety bond on March 2.

* Jessica Danielle, Meredith, 1108 Anne St., Ravenswood, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance on March 2. Bond was set at $5,000 cash.

Jason Lee Hart, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Athens County, Ohio, on charges of receiving stolen property, possessing criminal tools and carrying a concealed weapon. He was originally held on no bond on March 1.

* Matthew Wayne Carpenter, 14291 Staunton Turnpike, Walker, was arraigned on a citation for violation of a protective order (three counts) and posted a $1,000 surety bond on March 1.

* Sharon Elizabeth Moore, 5432 Schoolhouse Road, Apt. 1., Belpre, was arraigned on a citation for DUI first offense and posted a $2,500 personal recognizance bond on Feb. 28.

* Daniel Robert Woods-Blackwell, 1005 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on citations for fleeing a police officer and obstructing an officer on Feb. 28. Bond was set at $1,000 personal recognizance.

* Austin David Rhodes, 1311 Baird Ave., Cambridge, Ohio, was arraigned on citations for DUI, no proof of insurance and possession of a controlled substance on Feb. 28. Bond was set at $5,000

* Austin Dale Douthitt, 320 Greenbrier Circle, Marietta, was arraigned on citations for disorderly conduct, public intoxication and trespassing on March 1. Bond was set at $500 personal recognizance.

* Howard Robert Lauderman, 902 16th St., Vienna, was arraigned on citations for obstructing and violating a protective order on March 1. A surety bond of $5,000 was posted.

* Jaiden Jeffrey Smith, 1911 Covert St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on citations for driving on a license revoked for DUI, failure to maintain control, leaving the scene of an accident and no insurance on March 2. A surety bond of $2,000 was posted.

* Shiva Ramlakhan, 1084 Crassula Court, Wellington, Fla., was fined $44 and assessed court costs of $176.48 on a citation for speeding on Feb. 28.

* Justin Bradley Cross, 419 E. Marietta St., Woodsfield, Ohio, was fined $5 and assessed court costs of $176.48 on a citation for failing to stop at a stop sign on Feb. 28.

* Christina Mae Richards, 1005 Olive St., Parkersburg, was fined $100 and assessed court costs of $176.48 on a citation for driving on a suspended license on Feb. 28.

* Ryan C. Liston, 282 Berkeley Drive, Lexington, Ky., was fined $10 and assessed court costs of $176.48 on a citation for speeding in a construction work zone on Feb. 28.

* Ozzy A. Dotson, 1010 Summers St., Parkersburg was fined $50 and assessed court costs of $176.48 on a citation for speeding in a construction work zone on Feb. 28.

* Tod Jeremy Russell, 392 Mikala Road, Rockport, was fined $5 assessed court costs of $176.48 on a citation for failing to stop at a stop sign on Feb. 28.

* James Allen Devore, 906 Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, was fined $25 for no seatbelt on Feb. 28.

* Richard Roy Harlow, 700 Canaan Drive, Scott Depot, W.Va., was fined $10 and assessed court costs of $176.48 on a citation for shoplifting on Feb. 28. Walmart was awarded a civil penalty of $186.48.

* David Jon Tibbs II, 177 Chateau Hills, Parkersburg was fined $10 and assessed court costs of $176.48 on a citation for second-offense shoplifting on Feb. 28. A civil penalty of $90.38 was awarded to Walmart.

* Dale L. Richmond, 382 Harbor St., Conneaut, Ohio, was fined $10 and assessed court costs of $176.48 on a citation for speeding in a construction work zone.

* Houston Clay Wright, 1000 Mockingbird Lane, Washington, W.Va., was fined $46 and assessed court costs of $176.48 on a citation for speeding on Feb. 28.

* A citation for burglary was dismissed against Sarah Elaine Davis, 7641 Pike St., Lot 12, Mineral Wells, on Feb. 28 The victim did not appear.

* A citation for domestic battery was dismissed against Tyler Dwayne Jenkins, Parkersburg, on Feb. 27.

* Matthew David Bigler, Washington , W.Va., was arraigned on a citation of domestic battery, a misdemeanor, and posted a $2,500 surety bond on Feb. 28.

* Jaiden Ray Maines, 512 Maple St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on citations for possessing a firearm while prohibited and possession of a controlled substance and posted a $2,000 personal recognizance bond on Feb. 28.

* Michael Allen Devore, 906 Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a citation for possession of a controlled substance and posted a $500 personal recognizance bond on Feb. 28.

* Paul Athony Welch, 4817 Crestview Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a citation for violating a domestic bond on Feb. 28. Bond was set at $2,000 cash.

* Zane Randal Mathis, 2507 Cleveland Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a citation for DUI on Feb. 28 and posted a $2,500 surety bond.

* Matthew Carl Fordyce, 1245 Sandhill Road, Marietta, was arraigned on a citation of violating a protective order on Feb. 28. Bond was set at $1,000 personal recognizance.

* Ronald Eugene Taylor III, 1519 Dutch Ridge Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a citation for possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $500 personal recognizance.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on March 3:

* Tannor Coy Rake, 4430 12th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding in a construction zone, less than 15 mph in excess, and fined $196.48. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed after proof was provided to the court.

* Jerry Keith Mundy, 1408 Lynn St. Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $426.48. He was ordered to pay a $1,548 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna. Another three counts of shoplifting were dismissed, per a plea agreement. He also pleaded guilty to another charge of shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $338 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna.

* Raymond Lawrence Chapman, 1011 Mission Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property, fined $2,276.48 and sentenced to six months in jail. He had a charge of being a sex offender who tampered with his monitoring equipment dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Shannon Nicole Harper, 1702 Princeton St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance and fined $376.48. She had a charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate dismissed, per a plea agreement. She also pleaded guilty to having no operator’s license and having no seat belt and fined $211.48.

* Joshua David Chichester, 1444 Jesterville Road, Vienna, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license for DUI. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Ronald Clifford Hopkins Jr., 207 Eighth Ave., Parkersburg, had 12 counts of being a prohibited person in possession of firearms dismissed by a motion of the state.

* Chester Earl Sholes Jr., 76 Hayslett Lane, Washington, W.Va., pleaded no contest to DUI with a BAC of .15, fined $471.48 and sentenced to two days in jail. A motorcycle helmet violation was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Drew Nicole Barber, 1171 Gibson Road, Reynoldsburg, Ohio, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $196.48. She was ordered to pay a $238.74 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Parkersburg.

* Joshua David Stanley, 708 Neal St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property, fined $546.33 and sentenced to 120 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.

* Enouch J. Kermue, 675 7th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $386.48. A charge of obstruction with threats of harm was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* William Joseph Kerns, 512 Maple St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and possession of meth/heroin and fined $392.96. He was ordered to pay a $125.62 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna.

* Matthew Paul Arnold, Parkersburg, had charges of domestic battery and domestic assault dismissed without prejudice.

* Corey Frank Bonar, 447 Ranis Road, Belleville, had a charge of driving on a suspended license dismissed.

* Steven Marshall Dye, 268 Dempsie Ave., Parkersburg, had charges of operating a vehicle without evidence of registration and driving on a suspended license dismissed.

* Evan Lee Grimes, 49 Carriage Lane, Bruceton Mills, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of grand larceny. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Robert Nevonicus Aguilar Jr., 1600 Tygart St. Apt 8, Apt 31, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation.

* Christopher Brendt Osborne, 1340 S New York Ave., Wellston, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of speeding in a work zone and possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Ryan Graham Matheny, 15774 State Route 550, Fleming, was arraigned on charges of DUI and having no insurance and released on $2,000 bond.

* Nathan Brent Wagner, 1740 Mathoit St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of running a red light and having expired registration and released on $1,000 bond.

* Madison Irene Bouchard, 2003 Little Kanawha Parkway, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $300 bond.

* Corey Hunter, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and five counts of violating a protective order and held on $2,500 bond.

* Zackery Hart McDonald, 800 29th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Dante Bryce Owens, 39 Leonard St., Grafton, was arraigned on charges of having no insurance and driving on a suspended license and released on $500 bond.

* Amber Brooke Striker-Bass, Clay, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $3,000 bond.

* Anna Riane Richmond, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and possession of meth and released on $6,000 bond.

* Clarence Julius Smith, 107 Pickering St. #12, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (fentanyl) and was held on $300,000 cash bond.
