PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Feb. 25.

* Alexzandria Niccole Anderson, 157 Dickens Drive, Apt. 7., Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Bond set at $1,000 personal recognizance.

* Jason James Littleton, 1606 Erie St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving while on suspension and no insurance. Bond set at $1,000 personal recognizance.

* Kody James Feist, 898 Cedar Grove Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, on Feb. 25. Bond set at $1,000 personal recognizance.

* Charles James Rollins, 412 12th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of strangulation, a felony. Bond set at $25,000 surety.

* Stephanie Lynn Turner, 106 Hickory St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of battery of a police officer, disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer. Bond set at $1,500 personal recognizance.

* Jacob Reuben Griffin, 1529 1/2 20th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct, trespassing and public intoxication. Bond set at $1,000 surety.

* Mark Edward Epler, 34 White Oak Road, Walker, was arraigned on charge of wanton endangerment involving a firearm, a felony. Bond set at $150,000 surety.

* Cora Mckinnley Anderson, 400 S.Third Ave., Paden City, was fined $15 and assessed court costs of $176.48 for speeding.

* Leah D. Eberbaugh, 825 Three Bridges Road, Palestine, was fined $50 and court costs of $176.48 for furnishing beer to someone under 21.

* Kevin Lemar Legrande, 1211 10th St., Vienna was fined $40 and assessed court costs for speeding.

* Tiffany Kenzie Bawn Boso, 1005 State Route 555, Little Hocking, was fined $46 and assessed court costs of $176.48 for speeding and $100 and assessed court costs for driving while on suspension.

* Danielle Marie Turpin, 7641 Pike St., Lot 6, Mineral Wells, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of receiving or transferring stolen property on Feb. 21.

* Citations for operating a vehicle without an inspection and without registration were dismissed against Tyra J. Vandyke, 2205 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, on Feb. 24.

* Joel Paul Inman, 801 Hawthorne St., Parkersburg, was assessed court costs of $176.48 and sentenced to six months in jail, with 17 days credit, on a charge of unlawful removal, injury to or destruction of property and tampering with a motor vehicle. Citations for public intoxication and petit larceny were dismissed according to the plea agreement.

* A citation of domestic battery was dismissed on Feb. 25 against Elijah Paul Hernandez, Parkersburg.

* A citation of domestic battery was dismissed against Kiara Mashawn Felder, Vienna.

* A citation of petit larceny was dismissed against Michael David Enoch, 607 33rd St., Parkersburg.

* Brandon Kyle Ruterford, 111 Santee Drive, Marietta was found guilty and fined $25 and assessed court costs for shoplifting.

* Chyanna Lynne Vancamp, 1212 28th St., Parkersburg, was found guilty of obtaining money, goods or other property by false pretenses and sentenced to jail for one year, which was suspended and placed on probation. One count of obtaining money, goods or other property by false pretenses was dismissed according to a plea agreement.

* Citations for leaving the scene of an accident and driving without a license were dismissed against Xavier Paul Carpenter, 705 Hall St., Parkersburg.

* Paul Anthony Welch, 4817 Crestview Circle, Parkersburg, was found guilty in a plea agreement on a charge of driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol concentration of greater than .015 and was fined $200, assessed court costs and placed on home confinement for two days.

* A citation of domestic battery was dismissed against William Arthur Farmer Jr., Parkersburg.

* Jeffrey Jay Whitmer II, Newport, was found guilty of domestic assault and assessed court costs and sentenced to 25 days in jail, suspended.
