MARIETTA — Twenty-one people were indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury this week, including James Wiley Miller.

Miller, 41, 1201 38th St., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of safecracking (fourth-degree felony), theft from a person in a protected class (fifth-degree felony), and possessing criminal tools (fifth-degree felony).

The charges allege that on Sept. 17, 2022, Miller used a pry bar to tamper with either a safe or a strongbox to deprive Robert L. Sidwell of silver certificates and silver coins.

Other indictments include:

* William Alan Sanders, 41, 1906 Longshadow St., Rural Hall, N.C.; theft, a fifth-degree felony, tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, from Jan. 7.

* Douglas Brion Sullivan, 61, 5852 Johnson Ridge Road, Waterford; involuntary manslaughter, a first-degree felony, aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony, trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony, from December 2023.

* Justin Bruce Ketterman, 38, 151 Highland Lake Terrace, Washington, W.Va.; aggravated trafficking in drugs, a second-degree felony, from December 2024.

* Daniel Allen Rohr, 30, 4005 School House Road, Little Hocking; breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony, from December 2022.

* Tony Allen Williamson, 36, 500 Roselynne Ave., Parkersburg; tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from December 2022.

* Brenillius Ken’l Duckworth, 37, 6108 Hemmingway Road, Dayton, Ohio; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from September 2023.

* Dustin J. Whitt, 38, 90 Hubbard Ave. Apartment 1, Gallipolis, Ohio; theft, a fifth-degree felony, from March 2022.

* Michael John Lewis, 35, 812 Moore Avenue, Belpre; possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony, from July 2022.

* Amber Lee Well, 48, 34832 State Route 7, Pomeroy; improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony, from April 2022.

* David Joseph Cline, 53, 708 George St., Belpre; possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a first-degree felony, trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, a first-degree felony, from Feb. 28.

* Shawn Patrick Mathews, 38, 212 Maple St., Marietta; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from June 2024.

* Douglas Eric Woodall Jr., 26, Waterford; disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony, domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor, from Jan. 25.

* Dance Dale Grahame, 21, 231 Sheldon Ave., Marietta; vandalism, a fifth-degree felony, inducing panic, a first-degree misdemeanor, from Feb. 8.

* Jay T. McConnell, ages and address unavailable; assault, a first-degree misdemeanor, from October 2024.

* Marissa Sky Sites, 218 Eighth St., Malta, Ohio; failure to appear as required by recognizance, a fourth-degree felony, from June 2024.

* Andrew Scott Craig, 44, 200 Phillips St., Marietta; grand theft, a fourth-degree felony, from December 2024.

* Samuel Isaac Adkins, 22, 10155 Oxley Road, Athens, Ohio; escape, a second-degree felony, obstructing official business, a fifth-degree felony, attempted perjury, a fourth-degree felony, resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor, from Feb. 14.

* John Aaron Givens, 44, 100 Linwood Ave., Apartment B, Marietta; two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony and a third-degree felony, two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony and a third-degree felony, from Jan. 15-16.

* Kyra Marie Warrener, 24, 105 Dudley Ave., Marietta; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from Jan. 16.

* Buddy Allen Miller, 212 Maple St., Marietta; two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, both fourth-degree felonies, two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, both fifth-degree felonies, trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, a fourth-degree felony, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fourth-degree felony, from Jan. 15-16.
