The Vienna Police Department reported a 2001 Cadillac DTS was at the Vienna Car Wash at 1908 Grand Central Ave. Tuesday afternoon before 3 p.m. when the driver’s foot slipped off the brake and hit the accelerator causing the car to go forward tearing out some of the equipment and causing damage to the building. The driver, whose name has not been released, was taken to WVU Medicine Camden Clark Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries. Charges are not currently pending, police reported.
