PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Feb. 6:
* Jerry Lentz Saintvil, 1035 Market St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for two counts of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Taylor Brooke Stansberry, 2801 Emerson Ave Apt. 2, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of shoplifting. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Richard Mathew-Paris Harmon III, 11550 Sanford Ave., Detroit. Mich., had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed.
* Travis Shame McClune II, 807 36th St., Vienna, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of grand larceny. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Mary Beth Antill, 286 Berkley Dr., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to knowingly possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription, having no operator’s license, fined $362.96 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation after an unsuccessful LEADS agreement.
* James Lee Hall, 1509 Covert St., Parkersburg, ws arraigned on charges of obstruction and trespassing at a placard residence and held on $1,000 bond.
* Aaron Edward Ramsey, PO Box 275, Kessler Cross Lanes, was arraigned on charges of obstruction, making false statements and battery and held on $1,000 bond.
* Levi William Barker, 3506 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of second-offense shoplifting and held on $2,000 bond.
* Mary Kathryn Balderson, 511 130 1/2 St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of first-degree arson and held on $150,000 bond.
* Scott Allen Jones, 1113 Highland Ave. Apt. #2, Williamstown, was arraigned on three counts of attempting to disarm a police officer and held on $150,000 bond.
* Blake Edward Ritchie, 386 Dickens Dr., Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a domestic violence protective order and released on $2,000 bond.
* Simon Thomas Noecker, 532 Hog Trail Road, Ravenswood, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.
* Brandon Jeffrey Hines, 515 23rd St. Apt. A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and released on $500 bond.
* Dustin Everett Nichols, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkerburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.
* Joclyn M McGary, 2206 26th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no proof of insurance, possession of a controlled substance, driving on a suspended license, having no insurance and having no registration and released on $1,500 bond.
* Delaney Kier Shannon, 2332 Avery St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and released on $1,000 bond.
* Lorie Louise Miller, 426 Old Country Dr., Waverly, pleaded guilty to speeding in a construction zone (64 mph in a 55 mph zone).
* Cody A Shingleton, 72 Aqua Circle, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing officers (boating) and fined $196.48.
* Phillip Matthew Hyde, 2214 11th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to going left of center (no passing zone) and fined $181.48.
