PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Feb. 4:
* Ozzy Benjamin David Huffman, 1239 Lynn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm and fined $226.48.
* Nia Marie Robinson, 13605 North Peach Ridge Road, Athens, Ohio, pleaded guilty to trespassing, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.
* Courtney Danielle Barker, 1743 7th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail and placed on one year of unsupervised probation. She had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Lewis Jonathan-Blake Williams, Parkersburg, had charges of second-offense domestic assault, destruction of property and trespassing dismissed. He was arraigned on a charge of third-offense domestic violence and held on $25,000 bond.
* Ashley Autumn Eltringham, 911 1/2 Anns St., Ravenswood, had a charge of violating a protective order dismissed with prejudice.
* David Andrew Scott, 283 Cedar Lane, Louisa, Ky., pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm and battery of government representatives, health care providers, utility workers, law enforcement or EMS, fined $352.96 and sentenced to 60 days in jail. He had charges of indecent exposure and assault of government representatives, health care providers, utility workers, law enforcement dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Michael Anthony Crytser, 215 11th St. Apt 2A, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $196.48. He was ordered to pay a $87.86 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna.
* Kaitlyn Brianna Hess, 508 Maple St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm, fined $226.48 and sentenced to seven days in jail which was credited as time served.
* Billy Roy Myers, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm and fined $226.48. He also pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance (meth), fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation.
* Hunter Lee Smith, C/O 105 WPA Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $201.48. He was ordered to pay a $135.06 civil penalty to Walmart. He also pleaded guilty to another charge of shoplifting and fined $276.48. He was ordered to pay a $54.92 civil penalty to Walmart.
* Cassidy Danielle Means-Harlow, 77 Canaan Drive, Scott Depot, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and trespassing and released on $500 bond.
* Scott Robert Hickman, 15 Little Kanawha River Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and released on $500 bond.
* Robert Franklin Henry Jr., No Address Given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Belmont County, Ohio on charges of domestic violence, drug violation, fleeing/eluding and driving on a suspended license. Bail will be set in Wood County Circuit Court.
* Nia Marie Robinson, 130605 North Peach Ridge Road, Athens, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of simple assault and released on $1,000 bond.
* Steven Nathaniel Hutson, 1319 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license, having defective equipment, having no seat belt and no registration (trailer).
* Danielle Marie Turpin, 7641 Pike Street Lot 4, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transporting stolen property and released on $5,000 bond.
* Austin Richard Mitchell, 413 Florence St., Belpre, pleaded no contest to having no proof of insurance and fined $376.48.
* James Joseph Daniels, 6012 Lake Grove Road, Petoskey, Mich., pleaded guilty to speeding (80 mph in a 70 mph zone) and fined $181.48.
