PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Jan. 24-26:
* Lindsey Nicole Kupfner, 708 8th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to following an emergency vehicle violation and fined $181.48. A charge of driving on a suspended license was dismissed after a valid one was presented to the court.
* Lori Ann Ide, 1102 172 241 St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance and driving on a suspended license and fined $652.96
* Alice Jean Chapman, 507 Boso St., Belpre, pleaded guilty to having no insurance and driving on a suspended license and fined $652.96.
* Jeffrey Jay Whitmer II, 2906 Bells Run Road, Newport, pleaded guilty to DUI, .15 BAC or more, fined $501.48 and sentenced to five days in jail.
* Jahbree Elijandel Sheppard, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice. The charge was dismissed, per the alleged victim’s wishes.
* Ronald Eugene Robinson, 1717 26th St., Parkersburg, had two counts of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth dismissed. He was indicted on this charge in federal court.
* Todd Michael Williams, Vienna, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed.
* Joshua Caleb Lallathin, 1600 Camden Ave. Apt 2, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.
* Anita Mac Stegall, 1903 1/2 Princeton St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48.
* Tony Edward Pierce Jr., 239 Louise Ave., West Union, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48.
* Kevin Knicely, 3882 Rose Hill Road, ELizabeth, pleaded guilty to passing in a no passing zone and fined $181.48.
* Andrea Elizabeth Holbert-Davis, 1102 29th St. Garage Apt., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of violation of an emergency protective order and possession of a controlled substance and released on $3,000 bond.
* Scott Robert Hickman, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic violence (warrant) and released on $3,000 bond.
* Jackie Anne Nay, 122 Sharon St., Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and third-offense shoplifting and released on $25,000 bond.
* Savannah Kaitlyn Anthony, 322 Oakbrook Drive, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and obstruction and released on $500 bond.
* Abby Lynn Craft, 2307 Liberty St. Apt B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and released on $1,000 bond.
* Brooks Mykael Hedges, 1611 36th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on $1,000 bond.
* Jacob Dylan Manford Brown, 603 21st St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on $500 bond.
* Homer Melvin Fry, 208 Upper Fifteen Mile Creek Road, Wingett Run, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and having expired registration and released on $500 bond.
* Christina Faith Cogar, 2212 36th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violating a protective order and released on $500 bond.
* Richard Allen Harris III, 194 Circle Drive, Ravenswood, was arraigned on a charge of possession of fentanyl with intent to deliver and held on $300,000 bond.
* Hailey Savannah Selmon, 1001 121h Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of possession of heroin with intent to deliver and held on $200,000 bond.
* Rita Marie Moore, 2405 McKinley Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of driving on a suspended license and two counts of possession of a controlled substance and released on $4,000 bond.
* Dustin Alan Hendershot, 149 Dallison Road, Walker, was arraigned on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and released on $3,000 bond.
* Patricia Lynn Rexroad, 2805 Birch Street Trlr. 18, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of having no operator’s license as well as two capias warrants and released on $3,500 bond.
* Rachel Nedeff Brooks, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and obstruction and released on $2,500 bond.
* David Michael Carr, 715 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license, having no proof of insurance, second-offense driving on a suspended license (warrant) and having no insurance (warrant) and released on $1,000 bond.
* Howard Madison Beasley Jr., 1015 18th St. Apt. D1, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (capias) and released on $4,000 bond.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Jan. 27:
* Gary Paul Barker, 817 Lenore St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having an expired MVI and fined $181.48.
* Zachary Lee Huck, 111 Belaire Drive, Marietta, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and fined $276.48. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed after proof was provided.
* Judith Dawn Hernandez, 1220 16th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48. She was ordered to pay a $238.50 civil penalty to Walmart in Vienna.
* Logan Matthew Jarvis, 2503 12th Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to destruction of property, fined $776.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation.
* Christopher Wayne Hutson, 1010 Johnson Run Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fleeing from law enforcement and fined $276.48.
* Milton Terelle Jasper, 1107 19th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction with threats of harm and fined $276.48.
* Brittney Sue Stanley, 2761 Spider Ridge Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no vehicle insurance, driving on a suspended license and driving too fast for road conditions, fined $859.44 and sentenced to 15 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on six months of unsupervised probation. Charges of operating a vehicle without registration and a safety equipment and requirements for motorcyclists violation were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Dante Shane Curtiss, 657 13th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to hunting, trapping, fishing on lands of another, illegal possession of wildlife and fined $206.48. Charges of hunting from a watercraft, auto, plane, obstruction (boating) and conspiracy to violate Chapter 20 were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Travis Shane McCune II, 807 36th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and held on $200,000 bond.
* Pamela Ann Willard, 2606 26th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting and released on $500 bond.
* James David Tennant, 15 Mansion Blvd., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of permitting an unauthorized person to drive a vehicle and released on $500 bond.
* Chester Earl Sholes Jr., 76 Hayeslett Lane, Washington. W.Va., was arraigned on charges of safety equipment violation (no helmet) and DUI and released on $2,000 bond.
* Cameron Blake Johnson, 1804 7th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense shoplifting and released on $500 bond.
* Taylor Brook Stansberry, 2801 Emerson Ave. Apt. #2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting, driving on a suspended license (capias) and a speed limitations violation (capias) and held on $26,000 bond.
* Jeffrey Neel Smith, 901 33rd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a red light violation and fined $181.48.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Jan. 28:
* Leta Darlene Hildreth, 422 Southern Hwy., Mineral Wells, had a charge of battery dismissed without prejudice.
* Nathan Joseph Brunny, Vienna, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed.
* Jerimy Arden Stewart, 2043 Sams Creek Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without evidence of registration and fined $276.48. A charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Andrew Samuel Poling, 99 Eighth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and fined $216.48.
* Bryce Jefferson Riggs, 129 Chateau Hills, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license and leaving the scene of an accident with vehicle damage and fined $472.96.
* Scotty Joseph Byers, 35 Meadowbrook Acres, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and fined $286.48.
* Zackery Lee Dunham, 1804 St. Marys Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to striking a vehicle and failure to report an accident and fined $402.96. A charge of leaving the scene of an accident was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Miranda Shaw Lough, 4146 Wadesville Road, Washington, had a charge of overtaking and passing a school bus dismissed due to misidentification of the alleged defendant.
* Clinton Dallas Hornbeck, 1007 Ridge St., Belpre, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation with a credit of one day for time served.
* Starla Nicole Comer, 1961 Trace Fork Road, Sandyville, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. A charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Martin Gale Collins, 1312 21st St., Vienna, pleaded no contest to trespassing and fined $276.48.
* Michael Paul Reed, 172 South Sixth St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He had charges of driving on a suspended license and having no operator’s license dismissed, per a plea agreement. He also pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $286.48
* Zachary Tyler Richards, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,000 bond.
* Dakota Wayne McCune, 1335 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and reckless driving and released on $500 bond.
* Breanna Mae Harris, 4041½ Old St. Rt. 56, New Marshfield, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of having no insurance and having defective equipment and released on $1,000 bond.
* Mahala L. Richards, 2305½ Oak St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of maintaining a dwelling for the use of controlled substances and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and held on $2,000 bond
* Matthew Nathaniel Hawk, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,000 bond.
* Joshua Richard Knopp, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,500 bond.
* Kantlyn Brianno Hess, 508 Maple St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Ohio, on a charge of failure to appear and on a charge of obstruction (capias). She was held on $5,000 bond for obstruction and held on no bond for being a fugitive.
* Tristin Yvonne Lamar, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $10,000 bond.
* Devin Michael Rossiter, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $5,000 bond.
* John Michael Jackson, 134 Buckner Lane, Walker, was arraigned on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and released on $1,000 bond.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Jan. 29:
* Jessica Renee Trussell, 601 29th St. Apt. C, Parkersburg, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed after completing a successful deferred sentence agreement.
* Aileen Marie Mays, 19365 Binderbasin Road, Glouster, Ohio, pleaded guilty to shoplifting, over $500, fined $267.48 and sentenced to 11 days in jail which was ruled as time served.. She was ordered to pay a $1,749.48 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna.
* Jennifer Lori Fankell, 1601 Ridge Road, Oak Hall, W.Va., had a charge of grand larceny dismissed.
* Shana Joy Yopp, 2106 17th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to keeping a premise for unlawful controlled substance use, fined $176.48 and placed on home confinement for six months.
* Jon Edward Smith, 804 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to false swearing and fined $196.48.
* Keenan Spencer Slampak, 1808 29th St., Vienna, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of burglary. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Joseph Lee Bennett, 4353 Pleasant Ridge Road, Marietta, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.
* Caroline Jane Eyberg, 3116 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a traffic control signal violation and fined $181.48.
* Mary Beth Antill /Krafft, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Ohio, for a charge of a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance. A bond hearing would be held in Wood County Circuit Court.
* Brandon Keishaun Reed, Warren, Mich., was arraigned on charges of fleeing from officers in a vehicle and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (warrant) and held on $600,000 bond.
* Christopher Alan Kohler, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $3,000 bond.
* Dennis Hicks, 766 Limestone Hill Road, Rockport, was arraigned on charges of improper registration and having no insurance and released on $1,000 bond.
* Jerry Keith Mundy, 2408 Lynn St. Apt. B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on five counts of shoplifting, less than $500, and released on $1,000 bond.
