MARIETTA — The Washington County Grand Jury indicted 21 people including a Cutler man who was recently arrested after an accident.

Mitchel Allen Tabler, 31, 1325 Robert Kelly Road, Cutler, was indicted on six counts; tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; arson, a fourth-degree felony; obstructing official business, a second-degree misdemeanor; criminal damaging or endangering, a second-degree misdemeanor; failure to stop after an accident, a first-degree misdemeanor; and driving under OVI suspension, a first-degree misdemeanor.

On Jan. 2, Tabler was involved in a car accident at State Route 7 and Joe Skinner Road in Belpre. Following the collision, Tabler failed to stop the vehicle and provide his name and address.

The other indictments include:

* Christina Greathouse, 19, 302 Sixth St., Marietta; one count of perjury, a third-degree felony, falsification, a first-degree misdemeanor, from October 2024.

* Allen Richard Sampson, 36, 296 Brentwood St., Marietta; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from August 2024.

* Amber Nicole Gregory, 41, 1100 Chapline St., Wheeling; possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a first-degree felony, trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, a first-degree felony, tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, from December 2024.

* Jason Adam Szakal, 45, 4505 Whipple Run Road, Whipple; two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, both third-degree felonies, two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, both third-degree felonies, two counts of having weapons while under disability, both third-degree felonies, from February 2024.

* Brent John McKinney, 50, 29075 State Route 7, Marietta; theft, a fifth-degree felony, passing bad checks, a fifth-degree felony, from September 2024.

* Cheryl Renee Naylor, 42, 201 Belle Meadow Drive, Marietta; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fourth-degree felony, from August 2024.

* Justin Michael Davis, 41, Belpre; domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony, from Feb. 4.

* Joven Quinn Keeley Harriss McLoughlin, 26, 612 Second St., Marietta; failure to appear as required by recognizance, a fourth-degree felony, from Feb. 3.

* Brandon Lee Moore, 36, 620 Sparks Ridge Road, Newport; theft, a fifth-degree felony, from October 2024.

* Douglas Alan Thompson, 70, 617 N. Section, La Rue, Ohio; grand theft, a fourth-degree felony, from February 2023.

* Rodney Len Gillespie, 39, Marietta; domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony, strangulation, a fifth-degree felony, assault, a first-degree misdemeanor, from Jan. 26.

* Waylon Franklin McCune, 50, Belpre; two counts of domestic violence, both third-degree felonies, strangulation, a fourth-degree felony, from Feb. 2.

* John Braxton Gonchoff, 31, 45 Walnut Street, Moundsville; escape, a third-degree felony, from Feb. 4.

* Miguel Devegay Turner Robinson, 22, 1761 Cromell Drive, Apartment 4, Akron, Ohio; trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, a first-degree felony, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a first-degree felony, from September 2023.

* Javon Ramir Jones, 22, 1244 Burkhart Avenue, Akron, Ohio; escape, a third-degree felony, from Feb. 10.

* Jordan Michael-River Benedum, 24, 708 Leonard Avenue, Belpre; two counts of having weapons while under disability, both third-degree felonies, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor, from Feb. 5.

* Michael Leon Thomas III, 25, 2965 Kicking Bird Tree, Dublin, Ohio; aggravated trafficking drugs, a second-degree felony, aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony, receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony, from October 2023.

* Hannah Alyssa James-Rojas, 266, 910 Neal St., Parkersburg; aggravated trafficking drugs, a second-degree felony, aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, from October 2023.

* Michael Ryan Fortney, 28, Belpre; felonious assault, a second-degree felony, domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor, disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony, two counts of tampering with records, both third-degree felonies, failure to provide notice of change in vehicle information or identifies, a fourth-degree felony, two counts of failure to provide notice of change of address, both fourth-degree felonies, between May of 2023 to February 2024.

* Jennah Lee Robinson, 36, 435 Francis Road, Lowell; theft from a person in a protected class, a second-degree felony, theft of drugs, a fourth-degree felony, between September 2017 and February 2019.

* Justin Earl Robinson, 38, 435 Francis Road, Lowell; theft from a person in a protected class, a second-degree felony, receiving stolen property in the first degree, a fourth-degree felony, theft of drugs, a fourth-degree felony, between September 2017 and February 2019.
