* Dakota T. Allerton of Vienna was arrested on an animal cruelty warrant.
* Zachary L. Huck of Marietta was arrested on a shoplifting charge.
Oct. 20
* Stephen M. Arnold of Vienna was arrested on a charge of domestic battery.
Nov. 2
* Craig V. Ciulla of Parkersburg was arrested for domestic battery.
Nov. 3
* Charles J. Burton of Belpre was arrested on a first-offense shoplifting charge.
