Nov. 15
* Justin M. Johnson, 40, of Parkersburg, was cited for open container of liquor in a public place.
* Emily G. Truance, 19, of Gallipolis, was cited for speeding 67 mph in a 50 mph zone.
Nov. 16
* Christy M. Way, 42, of Belpre, was cited for speeding 67 mph in a 50 mph zone.
* Gage A. Gibson, 22, of Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.
* Anthony J. Bastine, 32, of Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.
* Laurence D. Lower, 48, of Parkersburg, was cited for driving under suspension and expired registration.
