Oct. 23
* Raivaun V. Howard, 30, of Tarentum, Pennsylvania, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charges of receiving stolen property, obstructing official business and resisting arrest.
* Alex N. Holden, 41, of Columbus, was cited for speeding 72 mph in a 50 mph zone.
* Corey A. Hopkins, 27, of Belpre, was cited for speeding 49 mph in a 35 mph zone.
Oct. 25
* Jacob R. Griffin, 29, of Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on charges of domestic violence and obstructing official business.
Oct. 28
* Kimberly S. Bechak, 54, of Vincent, was cited for driving under suspension.
Oct. 29
* James J. Lambert, 54, of Belpre, was cited for failure to yield at a stop sign.
Oct. 30
* Stephanie M. Kiefer, 42, of Coolville, was cited for speeding 66 mph in a 50 mph zone.
* Dylan I. Powell, 19, of Parkersburg, was cited for speeding 64 mph in a 50 mph zone.
* Tanner D. Weddle, 24, of Newport, was cited for speeding 65 mph in a 50 mph zone.
* Lisa K. Rake, 63, of Marietta, was cited for speeding 65 mph in a 50 mph zone.
* Katherine E. Hill, 42, of Little Hocking, was cited for driving under suspension, a red light violation and expired registration.

* Jeffrey B. Brown, 44, of Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.
* Dale A Hayes, 24, of Moundsville, W.Va., was cited for speeding 55 mph in a 35 mph zone.

* Sarah S. McAtee, 50, of Vincent, was cited for failing to obey a traffic control device.

* Scott A. Hook, 37, of Albany, Ohio, was arrested and transported to Washington County Jail on a charge of domestic violence.
