Fourth suspect indicted in Marietta shooting
MARIETTA — A fourth person has been indicted in connection with a Sept. 28 shooting on Greene Street in Marietta.
Madison Marie Brant, 23, address not listed, was indicted Tuesday on three second-degree felony counts of felonious assault, one third-degree felony count of tampering with evidence and one fourth-degree felony count of inducing panic for her involvement in a shooting that involved four people and four guns and left a woman with facial injuries.
A request for an arrest warrant for Brant was filed by the Washington County prosecutor Tuesday in the Washington County Common Pleas Court.
Brant is not listed on the Washington County Jail website, and it was not clear whether she has been arrested yet.
